Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe coincidence of my arrival and the resignation of their evening shift chef was unfortunate, as I would have liked to eat in the hotel after a long day of driving. Their television entertainment supplier has a rather inconvenient way of accessing live TV content. It appeared to me is that the only way to access live TV is through the guide, which is organized in alphabetical order by channel. The content also presented the next two shows on that channel, regardless of whether the current show had 5 minutes remaining or several hours remaining. I certainly prefer the more typical time-based grid.
The facility was very clean and quite up to date. As someone who has not sought out "all you can eat" meals for decades, I very much appreciated that their breakfast buffet, at $10, could be accurately described as inexpensive. The bathroom / shower was fairly roomy. They had a somewhat unusual way to unpack and store clothing which I found quite interesting and very functional.

United StatesWiFi should be free without having to sign up for hilton rewards, granted thats also free it would be nice to not have to fill out even more info elsewhere.
Breakfast was decent, would have been nicer if it was free and not $10 per person, need signs for juice and milk to be served by staff so you dont end up buying one at the store. Beds were comfy and mountain view was nice.

The only other thing was the handicap parking we had issues finding a spot yet there were cars parked in the spots for handicap but they did not have a placid

United StatesThe room could have been ready at check in. Was told we had to wait until it was clean and they were short handed. When the room was ready, no bottled water for silver members in the room, had to go to lobby and later charged for it. Toilet seat ready to fall off and bathroom door so heavy to open and close, wife had issues using it. No complimentary coffee in the morning. The in room menu that was listed did not exist. Called for food listed and told no long offered.

United StatesFirst we were told our room was ready at 4pm check in and when we went up, it had no sheets on the bed and looked like it was still being cleaned. So we had to wait awhile to go back in. Second, when running a hair dryer, the power went out to our room twice. Seems not thought through electrical circuits to the room if running a hair dryer which is in every hotel room would blow the electricity out. Third, they do not advertise that their breakfast buffet has to be paid for. Got a member of the family not knowing.

United StatesOur room was not ready by 3pm. Our keys did not work the 2nd night so we had to go get them re activated. Someone started knocking on the door at 8:15 am. This happened twice in the morning. There was no coffee left when we went down. The bar was not open at night. I could go on. I will not stay there again. I expected better.
