We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThey had a really bad storm which lost all power in hotel not even hot water the staff rush us out without making sure we had somewhere to go we were from out of town the made us put out belongs on the sidewalk until some one could come get us had no cell phone service borrow a stranger cell phone to make the call they would not get us no help stay on the sidewalk for 3 hours

United StatesIt wasn't communicated that there were reservation requirements for the pool. The light inside the pool was disconnected and my son bruised his foot because of it. The pullout couch didn't have a bedding on it and we discovered that it was blood stains onthe bed. The did comp breakfast the morning of check out which was cool.
The staff upon hearing my concerns were very helpful in accommodating our requests. They were very concerned throughout our stay to ensure we could make the best out of a unfortunate situation

United StatesI had issues my first day: other people's hair in my bathroom and in very noticeable places which makes me think that they didn't clean my room; a few bright red stains on my carpet; issue with my shower/tub's water pressure. As my stay continued, more things popped up and eventually, I regretted how much I paid for the amount of issues I had. The staff offered to move my room but I didn't want to move and the room get worse.
The beds in the room were very comfortable. I also liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating even after I mentioned several issues with my room. I also liked that even though the hotel wasn't in the greatest looking area, the hotel itself was beautiful.

The carpet in the room was saturated from the air condition leaking. Looked like mold was in the carpet. I went to the front desk and the attendant was not very accommodating. told me i could cancel if i wanted too. Didn’t ask to cancel wanted another room. Which he said didn’t have. Told me he would send maintenance. He sent someone who didn’t know anything. I asked for the carpet to be wet vac he told me the wet vac was locked up. He then told me that he was given a key to another room to give to me. I went to the other room and it was not as nice and the room i had. I was tired so i just stayed in the room

United StatesI had to be moved after the refrigerator was not working found out it was not plugged in. When maintenance came to plug it in the wall socket inside the cabinet the plug was actually pushed back inside the wall so had to plug in external plug refrigerator still did not work then I had issues with the TV maintenance came and had to replace the remote. At that point I requested another room. Second room refrigerator did not work had maintenance come and find out it was not plugged in so he plugged it in and sounded like it was working but in the morning my drinks were not cold. Called the desk again they brought another refrigerator and this one finally started to get cold. The cleanliness in both rooms were not up to Hilton Garden or my standards dust smeared mirrors. When I was out and about in the hotel practically every staff member had a cell phone in their hands instead of working Ie, housekeeping, front desk, kitchen staff. They were not doing hot meals so had a bag breakfast but the bags were not accessible to the patrons had to get someone to pass you and they were not in the area had to get the front desk staff to find them. This is not the quality that I used to when I stay at a Hilton.
Location was convenient for what I needed to do in that area.

United StatesThey had a big wedding party just one clerk on site no manager at all and the line was out the door. They charged me twice and neither added up to what I reserved on booking.com. The day of check out still one clerk and no manager to resolve my issue. All this and we still we not able to get into the pool, needed to keep running from to 5th floor to the front desk to request things we needed. I thought better of the Hilton this service was just Hit.

United StatesFirst our sheets were dirty when we first arrived! The TV volume was terrible it only went up to 25 and the Tv barely worked service wise The bulb blew out in the lamp I don’t understand how this is a hotel that’s a non smoking room but it smelled like an abundance of weed and cigarettes it was foul! The water stains everywhere seems like they tried to cover it up by just painting over it. I will never consider staying here again
