Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

See above. Food for dinner was sub par. Who serves a burger and fries with packaged mayonnaise when the menu says there is a gourmet sauce? However, the wine was good and the servers were very nice.
A/C unit was awful sounding, like it had allergies. Shuttle driver was enjoyable. Lack of food choices for dinner and snacks were disappointing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was dimly light. Neighborhood is sketchy. Staff was great.

Because it was on a main road, it was a bit noisy on weekend nights due to road traffic.
Breakfast was great, lots of choices and great food. The location was very handy to/from the airport and central to all of our destinations (Maryville, Sun City, Parago park, Tempe. The staff was very friendly and helpful (front desk, restaurant, bar).

Breakfast staff was super slow to greet, even slower to take my order, I gave up and left without eating.

It was expensive in my opinion. It wasn’t really dirty, but the bathroom needed some TLC.
I chose this property because there was a shuttle from the airport available at the time our plane was to arrive (after midnight).

There was no water when we arrived, so the toilet didn’t work. And no hot water until they turned on the boiler. They offered free breakfast or discount for the inconvenience, which was really nice of them.
Good location, clean and spacious room. Very nice and friendly staff.

The lobby smelled like farts and sewer gas. It was a terrible smell for such a nice hotel. It seems as something is backing up the sewer gas in the reception area and restaurant / bar.
Great staff, reception , housekeeping , and Bartender friendly and professional,clean facilities good food, the room is very spacious clean comfortable. I liked the set up of the room very much.

Furniture was chipped a lot and the chair was pretty dirty with a lot of stains. For the price I paid to stay in a room like that was a bit too much. Walls are super thin, some inconsiderate guests were there as they are everywhere unfortunately.
The restaurant and bar was very fun, great food and service from the staff. We really enjoyed ourselves there before heading to the concert.

Coffee maker didn’t work properly. No coffee in the morning. To me, coffee is life, hence my 9 rating.
Very comfortable and restaurant waiter was very pleasant and kind. Loved the pet friendly option.

Card keys were problematic for my room. After 3 reprogramming attempts, functioning flawlessly. This was not a widespread problem, just my door. Did not elect to use hiltons rewards app on my phone for room key as the offered option.

Stayed 1nt after long flight,Free shuttle from the airport was the draw to this hotel there is nothing in the area just industrial and it looked like it could do with a makeover seemed a bit dated.,room was big and quiet staff where nice,OK for an overnight stopover..but personally I wouldn't stay here again due to location

Great location as the proximity to Sky Harbor airport was very close. Very attentive staff. Clean rooms and amenities. Weather was HOT outside so perhaps you could work with weatherman to adjust thermostats down outside?!

Very basic meals. Dinner was unremarkable. Nice service at breakfast, though.
We were staying overnight to be close to the airport for our morning flight. It is very close. Walking distance, indeed. We took the hotel shuttle. Nice to have a pool available until night.
