Issues with Internet, tv and a leak in the shower area caused some annoyance but they were promptly addressed by staff

It would have been nice if the sofa bed had already been made up. We were also a pillow short but my son used one off our bed. We also weren’t keen on the sales pitch within moments of having arrived for breakfast and a talk about Hilton. We had just driven for 4 hours with 2 children in tow & we’re only staying for a night.

The facilities in the suite and it felt spacious for all 4 of us. It was also in walking distance of the main sights we wished to see.

Great fitness center. Very spacious suite for 5 people. Full kitchen appliances, full size fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine , dryer and dishwasher.

We had breakfast include and had expected a buffet in the hotel and possibility to have it in peace and quiet. The was breakfast pick up in the “deli/coffee shop” comprised of 1 English muffin (cheese and turkey) that was not good, juice, muffin and coffee than we took in in a bag and went on the room as the coffee shop was busy and noisy.

Did not expect a small apartment with a full kitchen and also with washer and a tumbler. We did not use this. We liked the size of the apartment lots of space the pool area to relax in.

Bombarded with texts from the hotel upon check-in. "How was the check-in process?" "What can we do to help?" "Will you need housekeeping tomorrow?". To their credit, as soon as I texted back to please stop they did. Lowering the music volume and maybe switching up the content a bit sure would please a lot of the older clientele.

Standard king room (called a suite, wet bar and a few items like dishes, glasses along with the fridge/microwave). Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Got lucky at check-in, got there just before a long line formed. From walking through some other properties long check-in lines seem to be the rule in Vegas. Pool area was nice but like EVERYWHERE in this town there was loud, annoying music blaring, I couldn't sit there more than 15 minutes. Didn't use it but a nice pool bar there as well. Maybe I'm old but I don't get the need to have that very loud music inside and out all over the Strip. Nice convenience store in house, small lobby bar. Did not pay for the "breakfast", sounded like it was not a good value. Drove a few minutes away to EGGcellent, very good breakfast spot in a strip mall, away from the madness. Parking was ample, I left my truck in the outside lot, closer walk than the multi-level garage. Bus stop right in front of property, the Deuce route will take you the couple miles to the main Strip sensory overload if that's what you're here for...and cheap. Uber/Lyft will also work.

The coffee maker did not sit well on the counter. No shelf or counter in the bathroom.

I needed to take one night more because my flight was at 11 p.m, I asked who much I needed to pay and it was much higher than to order for a night with booking so that's what I needed, but I needed to wait 1 hour (it was on 23:00) until they can see the order and save me the room, than again to out a deposit, so I went once more to my room to bring my credit card..instead I think they can approve it and take the same amount.

Our stay was great except for the air. It was extremely dry. We needed a humidifier. We liked that everything was located at this hotel convenient store, pool, hot tub, breakfast in the morning, and the room size was perfect (1bdrm suite). The higher floor was perfect, and elevators were fast. We will be back.

Room was spacious, we had a one room king deluxe on the 20th floor. Good location for us, down the south end of the strip. Staff friendly, check in and check out was easy.
