Three out of four elevators did not work, absolute chaos and nobody of the staff, really nobody, seemed to worry about it. Breakfast is not included and insanely expensive for what it is.

Location felt a bit grim. Not somewhere you wanted to walk around the streets! No shops or places if interest close. The building was very masculine and huge and empty and the rooms were quite drab. But the sheets and pillows snd mattresses were excellent.

THE STAFF! THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL. SUSIE AND DAVID and Mahogani on the front desk. Excellent service and with a smile and a laugh. In the restaurant CARLOS AND ANTHONY were so helpful.

Starbucks in lobby didn’t know how to make a proper cappuccino but nice to have it there.

Nice stay for overnight prior to catching flight back home the next day. Nice room with a voucher for breakfast very nice breakfast. Also nice having dinner on site a little far from airport but great shuttle service.

I didn’t like the option of requesting for Room service. I didn’t have a fridge in my room, and plus some of the staff couldn’t speak English. How now??? There was a very rude lady in the Restaurant downstairs.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, there were hairs in the bathtub. Easily washed out, but it really made me wonder about the cleanliness of the hotel. It was very expensive.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was incredible. The staff was polite, the facility was very modern.

They need to have microwaves put in all the rooms, I didn't like that I had to go to an area in the hall way to heat up my food. They also did not have the BET channel in there dish network line up. For $200 a night I should be able to heat up my food in my room and watch Sistas on TV

The location was good, the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was cold, especially the area where breakfast and dinner were served and the bar and surrounding seating. Staff as well as guests were commenting on it. Also: The toilet in our room literally sometimes required 7 or more flushes to completely wash away waste that would take one flush with other toilets. I reported this but didn't discern any improvement throughout our three-day stay. I noticed that toilets in the public restrooms also required multiple flushes. This isn't just really annoying, it's also false economy.

Attractive property, well-kept. Service was excellent, especially Clint at check-in, late-night bartender, and all the people at breakfast. Unlike many buffet breakfasts, this one didn't start taking all the food away until 10 minutes after the breakfast period ended, and diners weren't rushed out. The neighborhood didn't feel unsafe, but the hotel is across the street from an area where lots of city buses congregate and what seems to be an empty large shopping mall. Plenty of parking even though the hotel seemed pretty full and had events going on.

The breakfast was very good even though it was more expensive than it should have been. The selection was plenty so it made up for it.

It took a long time for the water to get hot and some of the outlets didn't work. There were also chipped walls in the bathroom and closet.

I liked that the staff was attentive and courteous. I appreciated the ballrooms, they were spacious and clean. My hotel room was comfortable.

the lady at the reception wasn’t friendly , I was made to pay a $50 deposit and the hotel insisted it must be card…. of course we know they only insist on card when they don’t to refund a security deposit.. been well over four days, I’m yet to receive a refund. I’ll be back to the hotel in a few days, stay tuned for update.

I paid for Breakfast they didn’t have any coupons left so they wrote it on my door key envelope then when I showed them at breakfast time it wasn’t good enough so they went to the desk and they didn’t have a record of paying for the breakfast on their site so I had to interrupt my breakfast and go to the front desk and show on your site I paid but it was embarrassing and Very uncomfortable in front of everyone they still didn’t have coupons so handwrote a coupon for the two days I was staying

Some guests on my floor were unreasonably noisy but I realize that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Really nice hotel. Good location in North Houston. Great bar and restaurant. No complaints.

Somehow I was assigned a room that I did not book at check in and was charged more than what I should pay. However, the front staff corrected this error when I requested. Also, breakfast was included in my rate but they forgot to give me the breakfast tickets at check in. I think there is some room for improvement of check in service.
