Nobody informed us that the pool would be closed in the morning for renovations. We stayed at the Hilton to use the pool so the kids were sad when we couldn’t use it a second time.

Super clean, super friendly staff. Movie in the pool for the kids was a major plus!

I couldn’t sleep, very strange because I fall asleep in seconds. Had horrible nightmares. I think it’s on an Indian burial ground.

The pool was disgusting, dirty and cloudy with hair and bandaids everywhere, school vacation was the cause I'm sure, but it was not up to standards. I wish there was a fan or vent in the bathroom, three people in a room and when someone used the bathroom it would have been nice to have some ventilation.

Location was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, room was great. Snacks after 4 was a nice touch and very accommodating to families on school vacation.

The pool was packed with kids and seemed dirty, there were very limited towels available. Also one of the days we went down to the pool at 12pm to swim. We were there for about 15 minutes then someone came to tell us the pool was closed because it needed to be cleaned (due to unsafe levels). He said there was a sign on the door. I personally didn’t see a sign as I’m usually frantically trying to scan my key card so my excited kids can get in. In the future, I would like to see a cone or something that acts as more of a semi-barricade to the door forcing people to stop and see what’s going on/read a sign before entering. There were multiple families swimming in a pool that was deemed unsafe. You have small children who usually get water in their mouth, etc.

The shower was outdated and old looking- would expect higher end bathroom based on the price. The staff in-person weren’t very friendly but they were friendly over text while we were there

Loved the Location , overall clean and super cute. Restaurant was good also and kids loved the pool. We actually added a third night back at this hotel bc we liked it. We were originally suppose to head home Sunday but cheer comp at Foxwoods got done too late.

I feel that the cleanliness of this hotel is starting to go downhill. Our bathroom could have been cleaned better before our arrival. The room itself could be cleaned a little better also.

We love the location, awesome to be able to walk over to the village and a short drive into downtown.

Upon arriving the wifi did not work. The said your last name and room # however my last name is hyphenated and I was unsure how they spelled it to register the wifi but I was unsuccessful with signing on. Possible writing it on the key holder would have been a better idea. Just a suggestion. Next thing was the TV remote did not work apparently the batteries died 🤷🏽‍♀️. When I call room service for assistance with both issues she said she would send a technician. Waited about 25mins no tech came and I needed to leave to catch the kiddies movie being played at the pool by 30mins time so I decided to head downstairs with my kids. The receptionist assisted with the wifi by using a promo code instead of the last name and room # LOL and it still didn't work. She called the technician who was standing in close proximity after he had just assisted another customer. He then suggest for her to use forget network and retry the promo code. She also explained I needed help with the TV. That is when Nick the tech said to her 'You made me miss a very important call. Now he will need to call them back and then turned to me to say he will be up in 10mins after making his important call. As if to say my issue was of no importance eventho I paid my honest earned $ just like everyone else to atleast feel comfortable and enjoy whatever amenities that were complimentary. Ofcourse he came after his call.So, my advice for Nick the technician is to treat everyone with kindness. After all it is your job to fix what ever technicalities that may arise not mine whether big or small. My 12 year old felt so embarrassed for and said let's go mom they think you are bothering them.

The hotel had a beautiful setup. The entrance was truly beautiful. I like that because it was our first time they gave the kids a treat.

Very dated bathroom in the room. Rust spots on the door, splintering wood, and areas where the wallpaper was peeling and showed the previous wallpaper. The towels provided were old and quite worn/rough.

Great location just steps from the aquarium and old Mystic Village restaurants and shops, nice lobby with lovely fire pits in the restaurant area, friendly staff.

Very few amenities. No body lotion, no shower cap, no extra blankets in the room (had to ask for them); heater in room did not work properly; handy man who came to check just said it was broken and needed to be replaced. This of course could not be done while we were in the room. We were not offered another room.

Nice that we were able to have connecting rooms.

Location is close to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Alexandra. The bartender was great with all the customers that night, between serving food and drinks and very engaging.
