The room was great but the fridge had a strange smell to it.

The location has a bridge that connects it to other buildings which was perfect to stay out of the rain. We were attending a concert at the prudential and this made it easy to get there.

I didn’t get to check-in until after 3:30 because my room wasn’t ready. I was given a different room just to be able to check-in at this time otherwise, I would of had to wait even longer.

Loved the location which is across the street from Newark Penn Station and a short walk to Prudential Center.

There was a used bar of soap in the tub with hair on it and the surrounding area. Not the end of the world, but this made me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. Also had an inconvenience where my room was prepaid and they put a full hold (including room cost) on my card again. I had to go down to talk to the front desk like 2-3 times to resolve. The lady who checked me in/out was friendly but there was another women who had an attitude was not helpful at all.

The ac was finicky and quite loud and the fridge was too cold and froze my groceries.

Great location. Right across the street from Newark Penn station for NJ Transit, Amtrak and Path that gets you to Manhattan and 10 minutes from Newark airport. Hotel is connected to an indoor walkway with shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable. There is a Whole Foods 10 min walk from hotel.

Poor access to parking

Great location to the concert venue and there was an inside walkway that was air conditioned which was helpful on a very hot day.

There is paid parking and it is pricey. The nice thing is that you can come and go multiple times during the day and pay only one parking fee (the hotel will validate your parking). No microwave in the room which would be nice to have, but there is a microwave in the lobby that can be used.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting New York, because we didn't want to drive into the city. The room was big and clean with very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with great water pressure. I loved the security in the building with having to scan your hotel card at every access point. The access to Penn Station is so convenient, and we were able to take the PATH train to NYC. There is a restaurant in the lobby that had limited menu and the food wasn't the greatest.

Airport shuttle was hourly and not 24/7 so do check whether it suits your flight timing if you are choosing this hotel for the convenience of getting to Newark airport

The room was very dusty, the room was a mobility/disability room but it needs some improvements to truly be a disability/handicapped room there was no way for me to close curtains the things to do it with were not attached and one was laying on the floor, the shower bench is at the back of the bathtub which makes it impossible for a disabled person traveling alone to reach the taps or shower head. the positioning of the shower bench also makes it difficult to transfer safely or easily from a wheelchair, the door to the room is too heavy and pushed closed too quickly which makes getting in difficult especially if you have luggage I had to get assistance from housekeeping, it was also extremely noisy and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming there was food stuck to the desk chair, stains on the carpet.

The bed was comfortable the room was large enough to move around in with a wheelchair, grab rails around the toilet made it easy to transfer. all Staff were extremely helpful and nice except for one gentleman at the front desk the morning i was checking out.

The website stated airport shuttle available from 5am. When requested to be dropped off at Newark airport 5:30, we were advised shuttle service operated only from 7am. This should please be corrected as we were under the assumption this service was available at 5am.
