Our room was on the backside, nearest the freeway, so there was the constant noise of cars all the time.

Shower had rusty sections around the hand rails, bed was a little uncomfortable and there were holes in the room darkening shades. Also, there was a gap under the shower door that allowed water to run out so I had to mop up after every shower. Maintenance attempted to fix it but it really needed to be worked on after we left and before any other customers rented the room.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were fantastic. Great location.

This property was centrally located in the Tempe Mesa area close to restaurants and shopping. On site Starbucks and restaurant with a very nice breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool and hot tub were great.

I didn't like the fact Booking.Com did NOT have our reservation passed on to to hotel.......it was in cyber space, and had to wait for 2 hours, when finally the hotel staff booked us in.....

Freeway noise at night was brutal. The view would have been a nice one but the windows were so dirty you almost couldn’t see out of them. Mattresses were really uncomfortable. Combined with the freeway noise I did not get much sleep. I woke up sore from the mattress and I’m a very heavy sleeper usually. Several items in the room needed repairs, for example the glass shower door felt and sounded like it was going to fall off, the bathroom door handle was coming off, bathroom cabinet facing was about to fall off. The toilet had urine on the seat when we arrived.

The location was central and easy to find. Spacious rooms. Fun pool and jacuzzi and fun atmosphere with the indoor atrium with bar and seating downstairs.

Offering free breakfast, a microwave in the room, and having sheets changed without having to request it would be nice.

The comfort and size of the room was nice. Also had good selection television. The shower was great and plenty of towels.

Had to call the front desk to ask for a do not disturb sign and toilet paper. Wished the hotel staff had done more to quiet down a rowdy group in the common area during the morning hours of one of the days I was there.

- My room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony needed some attention though. It was dusty, the paint was flaking off, and someone left an empty beer can on it. The door handle to the adjoining room was broken. - The hotel breakfast should have more hearty choices for vegetarians / vegans. On one of the days I was there, they had multiple types of pork (bacon and sausage) available and even the gravy for the biscuits was made from it. - The atrium was great but it was easy to hear the din of folks talking from my room on the 2nd floor.

- The central atrium was really big and had a lot of seating. It provided a nice area to hang out in and get some natural light even while indoors. - The elevators were super fast! - Having breakfast on-site made it very convenient, especially when the food was good - The staff was friendly and helpful. Pat(?), from the breakfast area, graciously let me have coffee while Starbucks was closed and the front desk folks were generous with those delicious cookies!

The balcony door was broken. That was a little unsettling. In the shower the shower gel was totally out and it was like 11:00 and I didn't want to call housekeeping. That was super annoying. I wish they had had just the little individual bath products but they didn't they just had everything in a big jar attached to the shower wall. It also took us like 5 minutes to figure out that there were no light switches on the walls. You had to turn all the lights on and off at the lamp. That was super annoying coming into the room when it was dark.

The hotel was really clean and the bathrooms were really clean nothing smelled funny. That's actually really important to me. I hate it when you go to a hotel and the pillows smell like they haven't been washed or they're holding onto the oils from people's heads.

The tub shower was old and was peeling near the drain. It did not look clean. Just couldnt bring myself to shower in it. Ended up showering in relatives house.

Thr room was ckean and bathroom had been suoerficially cleaned. The staff was great and surrounding area was nice. The cookies were a nice touch.

Convenient to Ikeda theater. Good to have on site dinner options . Reasonably priced .

The leaking toilet was the first issue. Our new room the refrigerator stank, didn't work, and had dark liquid in the drawers but the housekeeper came immediately and cleaned them and offered to have a mechanic come fix it. We declined since we were leaving the next day. So there were issues with the stay but the staff offered remedies for them right away.

Right from the start Nicaise at the front desk was a superstar. She couldn't find my reservation but took the time to look through every reservation where she did find it. Booking.com had put my first name as my last name. When we got to our room we had an issue with the toilet leaking all over the floor, Nicaise promptly put us in another room, right next door so that we would have to move our luggage too far. The head of housekeeping, I didn't get her name, she's been there 23 years, is one of the most helpful ladies I've seen. She helped us carry our luggage to the new room (being on a 3 week mother/daughter road trip we had a lot of heavy luggage).
