Bed was small, toilet was overlapped by the sink. Parking was outrageous! 50 bucks a day for valet with nowhere else to park .

They brought up a mini fridge when we asked about it.

The valet service is great, they have a porter to help unload your items, also when asked I got a microwave and fridge in my room. 😊

Suites and extremely dated, toilet was installed sideways, paint was coming off the walls. Lots of closed up businesses, homeless people, and even saw some illegal heavy drug usage. this was my first time downtown. I don’t think I will be back.

Need more valet staff, cars were wrapped around the building waiting in line to get to the valet staff. Not very safe with the busy streets of downtown Portland and Max train. Then after waiting 40 minutes for valet, we had to wait in another very long line to check-in. I requested the two rooms booked to be adjoining, and I had to ask to make sure they saw the request, but didn't appear that it was even considered. Instead our rooms were near each other. Not quite the experience we requested, even as a request at the time it was booked.

Location was the main reason for booking. The bed was very comfortable, and staff was very nice and helpful

The bathtub drained really slowly. Like, slow enough that when taking a shower you we’re doing so with six inches of water around your ankles. After my boyfriend got out of the shower it took and additional 10 minutes for the tub to finish draining.

Great location in downtown Portland, and it’s close to cheap parking garages. The room was well laid out and comfortable, and being on the 20th floor we had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, so both of us slept really well.

The restaurant/bar setup needs improvement. There were long waits to get food and drink. The bartenders had to do everything and could have used more employees to help. There was no fair system for taking food and drink orders. You just waited around the bar until you got noticed.

The location was excellent for our planned outings. The staff we interacted with were personable and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The property is centrally located, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and heritage sites. Public transportation (by train, tram and city car) are also available for destinations further away. The room was maintained as requested and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was tiny, the beds where double beds instead of queen beds, the bathroom was also tiny the lampshade was broken, the lid on the coffee cup was not the right size! The lady at the little store is not customer service oriented!

the check in was great the front desk clerk was outstanding he was working that day a 14 hours shift and he was attentive, outstanding customer service, pleasant, I can't say enough about him I didn't catch is name! The lady at the bar was by her self working very hard only one cook for the whole place! The car attendants where good! I hope this help you guys with customers satisfaction.

1. Because of system error, I had to make a phone call to booking.com for inquiring my breakfast. Hotel didnt know that my reservation includes breakfast. 2. There wasn't fridge. 3. Small room.
