The maid came knocking at our door at 9:45am to see if we had checked out she kept knocking until we opened door. We did not like it one bit. 11am is checkout time not 9:45am

The room was clean. The TV was nice. The view was excellent. The little perks such as free water. The $15 room credit. The hotel was beautiful. I did not know Hilton had such an upscale hotel.

No maid service. When we left our room the maids were cleaning the room next to us. When we came back no one came to our room. I had to chase the maids down hall to exchange the towels. Especially since there wasn’t enough towels in the room for two people for two nights in the first place. Issues with our key cards for the elevators and for the room Daily parking price was outrageous

Location was good Liked the free shuttle to Coronado hotel was nice

Upside down review but spectacular views of the Bay

I did not like the small refrigerator in the room it spoiled the cake that we had left over some of the drinks and later it was informed that it was not a refrigerator but a cooler but nowhere doing I'll stay was that mentioned until the last day. Our family wish that the Hilton staff would have mentioned it when we actually made the recommendation and reservations we wouldn't have put a leftovers in that little mini refrigeration in the room we would have did something differently. The Hilton should have said something earlier I've frowned on that small detail of the room. The views of the bay was spectacular but just the idea that our food was spoiled was not good.

I enjoyed Hudson and Nash customer service at the restaurant as I was celebrating my 62 second birthday. The staff consistly made food recommendations for me and family during my birthday celebration. Kudos!!!

Get some good sports channels since we love to watch sports when we relax in the room.

I have stayed here in the past and the hotel is very nice. The only issue that we had is we could not watch the Dodgers./ Padres baseball game in our room.We went downstairs to the bar to watch the game but was wondering why we could not get the game in our room. The bar staff was amazing and engaging but it also very cold in there with the a/c blowing strongly on us and everyone sitting at the bar.

Hilton boasts a 'view of the bay' in the room description. We were looking at hundreds of shipping containers on the cement pier extending 200 feet out into the bay. Felt like we were in an industrial district. Shower towels were scratchy and graying. On site restaurant was very pricey, i.e. $12 for a bowl of oatmeal -- breakfast ran over $50/person.

The service was excellent. Room was conventional and clean. Bathroom was nice, shower was wonderful. Calls placed to the front desk were answered promptly.

The hotel did not provide digital check out for some reason and we waited in line for about 20 minutes before we could check out with the front desk staff. Very inconvenient.

Nice room. Nice facilities. Easy access to the Rady Shell and Petco Park.

Not enough coffee, sugars and cream without having to allow housekeeping in the room. We had to call maintenance to fix our AC which wouldn’t go below 68, and the room temp was 71 (hot and uncomfortable). We also had to call for body wash as it was missing from the shower. The shower had a dead moth in the corner the entire team, even after housekeeping came and left. The service at the restaurant downstairs was horrible, it took nearly an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The waiter never checked on us for drink refills and didn’t come over to apologize for how long it was taking until an hour had passed. The mandatory 20% gratuity is unacceptable, and probably plays into the very poor service received. Why work hard to earn a tip when they know they get it anyway? The hotel bed was extremely uncomfortable- with only a sheet and a rough heavier sheet that didn’t come up over your shoulders. No extra blankets in the room, or pillows. No robe. The pillows were too soft, down feathers causing them to only collapse and suffocate you. The entire experience was disappointing and over-priced. It was the epitome of what’s wrong with California.

    Location. Views.

The pool and hot tubs seemed dirty and the water smelled strange. It was pretty crowded and '"rowdy" too, but it was a holiday weekend when we were there. The restaurant was a little disappointing too. Had a long wait (hostesses were a bit rude) and they wouldn't let us sit outside - only people with dogs could sit on the patio? When there were PLENTY of tables outside vs inside.

Room was very clean. Hotel location and view from room were great! Bed was comfy. Bathroom could maybe use an upgrade? Facility was neat and convenient. Loved the Starbucks on the first floor (was never crowded). Easy in and out of the hotel. Concierge was SUPER kind and helpful!

I I think for those extra fees and taxes it's not the best choice. View is partly nice but otger side has loading cargo boats not good really. No bar at room either at least water... For that money better options for sure available!

Very annoying that I’d booked a room that “included breakfast”, except it doesn’t. They give you a $25 voucher, which really doesn’t get anything. By the time you’ve got something to eat and a drink, there’s still a lot to pay to cover very high Gratuity expectations and a surcharge.
