Our tub did not drain. We put in a request for service but it was never repaired during our stay. We traveled with three children so this made bath time challenging. Overall, it did not affect our trip. But it is the reason I didn’t get the facility an overall highest rating.

The location and hotel were perfect for our family of 5. We especially liked the included breakfast, grounds, and special touches like games for all the kids!

Not good value for money. The cost per night is quite high. Also breakfast doesn’t have much options. They charged us for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free as per Booking.com

No access to a hot tub, the bar closed too early, communication of amenities was non-existent and the staff (outside of a couple nice wait staff), were not very friendly.

Our room had an outlet pulled out of the bedroom wall and the half the lights in the bedroom did not work.

Room was slightly outdated but big and clean. We preferred being a little outside of the kitschy center of Sedona which was an easy 10 min drive.

Great facilities. Pool was fun for the kids, and separate lap pool great. The spa/gym facilities were at no extra charge to use - great sauna, steam room. Of course you would pay extra for any services/treatments.

The room smelled musty. Patio was dirty. The couch could have been cleaner and not really comfortable. For the price we paid for room, we didn't think it was worth it. Very expensive for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel. I did not realize they charged 18.00 plus tax for SELF parking. It was not in the quote online. It is amazing to pay for parking our own car in their parking lot, butI was aware of the resort fee.

I felt catfished by the pool pictures. The pool looks big in the pictures with a great background. Don’t get me wrong, the kids enjoyed it, but they must have got the angle just right on this one. You can barely see the red rock from the pool and it is small. We thought for a second we were at a different pool area.

The room was big enough for our family of five. The grounds were very well kept. Lots of good restaurants close. The s’mores kits were a nice touch to do in the fire pits.

There was no room service unless you requested which we did and even then only one bed was made out of 3 and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned or toiletries added. We also would have liked to have some plates and cups in the kitchenette. Also the laundry wasn’t working which was very frustrating. I loved the coffee and food in the restaurant however. The grab and go was especially good. I also loved the reception lounge area. Great for hanging out with the family.

it was a little dated. others that stay there are loud and inconsiderate, slamming doors, screaming, yelling, walls and doors are very thin. Available amenities in room are limited. A small kitchen area is available but no utensils or paper towels. They could supply paper products. we were 3 adults and they only supplied a .5 oz tube of shampoo and conditioner. The towels were small and overused (over laundered), leaving them stuff and not fluffy. The shower leaked and the sinks didn’t drain well. Over all we had a nice stay, would probably try another property closer to Sedona.

it was in a nice spot with great views. it’s near some nice places to eat and has a restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starbucks is available until 11am.
