There was a shift from the lobby to the bedrooms that felt like we entered a completely different hotel. The bedrooms are super outdated and the beds had no mattress covers.

Room was not cleaned well. Windows were dirty with finger prints and grease smudges on inside, Still had fallen food bits, crumbs on floor under the desk, had a small stain on bed sheets, nasty looking stain on ceiling and the smoke detector/sprinkler was actually covered with a towel. Nice facilities but we checked in around 3 and left around 5 to go out for the night, Starbucks, the bar or the restaurant were never open and it was a Friday evening. Closed when we got back around 11.

Good location right off the highway. Close for short drive into Port Chester and less than 1 hr to NYC. Easy parking, easy check in and easy check out.

After i checked in and was in the room the key was given to another guest who unlocked the door and came into the room. I called the desk and they gave the people another room. This did not make me feel very safe, to have strangers entering the room. Also, the elevator to the garage was broken.

Easy to get to from the highway. Room was comfortable.Staff people were very pleasant.

The location was close to the train that we took to NYC. A short walk from the hotel to Metro North station. Parking was easy and the entire staff was kind and friendly.

They overcharged me for parking which they fixed after I told them.The bathrooms need exhaust fans! When we left and drove away, the valet driver almost hit us with a car he was bringing up from the parking garage!!! He cut right in front of us making a left turn because he didn’t stop at the stop sign!!! If he’s miserable and hates his job, he shouldn’t take it out on aggressive driving and risk causing an accident.

The room air was too humid no matter what you do: turning air conditioning up or down, still very umcomfortable, even clothing got slightly wet from the airt humidity. Toilet needs more TLC.

Surprised to have to pay additional $25 for parking. Room and bath are dated. Bleach stains on wallpaper in wide swaths. Toilet seemed sooo low. Shower poured water like a waterfall. Excellent if you like that but water conserving shower heads have come a long way. More positives than negatives

No room service. The advertising said you could call the restaurant and order, then pick-up, but they don't answer the phone. Front desk said they couldn't help. The fried Calamari was awful, could eat it, also provided the wrong sauce. Just not the Hilton experience I was expecting. I paid for two rooms, the phone in the 2nd room didn't work.
