Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe overall hotel felt a bit dated. The sliding glass door in the bedroom did not fully slide closed. By not sliding closed fully a small gap remained in the center which allowed the outside nearby freeway traffic to be heard all night. The living room TV remote did not work, however the bedroom TV remote worked for both TVs. There were also no trashcan liners in any of the trash cans. The only liner I found to use was in the ice bin. Lastly, I was quite disappointed in seeing the $5.00 each fee charged if you drink bottled water in the room. Perhaps this is a new Hilton thing because everywhere I've stayed previously there's complimentary bottled waters available free of charge.
My first encounter was with the parking attendant, who was absolutely wonderful. Upon checking in, the desk clerk was also wonderful and very helpful. I kindly asked if there was an available room on the sunset side and he had no problem accommodating that. All the staff were such a joyful pleasure, kind and smiling which was nice and presented an uplifting environment. Although the room seemed a little dated the bathroom was quite nice and felt more modern. As with every Hilton I've stayed in around the world, the beds and pillows are always so comfortable like I'm sleeping in the clouds.

United StatesI DON'T LIKE THE PARKING AT NIGHT. Not enough handicap parking spots. And all parking spaces are taken have to park far on the side of the parking structure.
I love how comfortable the room always feels. The staff are always so nice. Close to alot of things to do.

United StatesThe free shuttle to Disneyland was a huge benefit that made us choose this hotel. On our first day we stood outside for over 40 min for a shuttle that never came. Not to mention it required us to have to download an app that was tied in with the city bus service. It was ridiculous and we ended up just paying for Uber each day. Other families were outside waiting as well and coud see on the app that the shuttle was skipping Embassy Suites. Disappointing and frustrating.
excellent breakfast - made to order was nice

United StatesAlthough we were on the 7th floor we could here the constant noise from the street below. Also, paying $29.00 to park in an uncovered parking lot is too much

United StatesFor this stay the only thing. What I didn't like was that in my room 322 there were only 2 shower towels. No hand towels. And the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all and very noisy if you made any moves
Whenever I am in town for the day/ night plans I love to stay at this hotel. To not have the long drive back home.

United StatesSome of the front desk staff struggled with customer service as I often felt as though I was a bother when asking questions regarding the shuttle to Disney or requesting extra towels.

Unable to utilize the balcony nor open the bedroom window. Very disappointing. Requested the 35.00 I paid extra to be refunded..
