Another of mold in Bathroom, no cover plate on light switch. Hotel is dated and not the cleanest

Our room door was too hard to open. Had to push it hard with shoulder to open, like if it was stuck. And push hard to shut it closed. Made so much noise. It needs to get fixed. Room 319. The shower soaps were not cleaned right. When I got in, the soap dispenser had hair on it.

Close to restaurants, the freeway. Breakfast was so good. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Our air conditioner was broken, the room beds were way too small and uncomfortable…

The shower had somebody else’s hair in it, there was dirt or mold, in the lip of the shower, door, and a big greasy spot on the wall outside of the shower. It was not pleasant to use the shower.

The staff was kind and helpful.

The room we had has lots of issues: phone not working, heater not heating, lamp shade not lighting. We were moved to another room when the maintenance not able to fix the heater which made us further to my son’s room. The room where we got moved was comfortable and no more issues.

No explanation from the staff about the Happy hour or letting us know there was a vending machine and ice machine on our floor. They just gave us the room key and told us about breakfast.

The cleanliness…I’m not one to usually complain but walking in the room it seemed clean, until I found black hair in my towel (I am blonde), the bath tub was filthy like it had never been cleaned. There was a blood stain and other hair on the ground. There also was stain on the comforter. One of the outlets didn’t work. I have pictures of everything. Seemed cleaned but I’m concerned that they never washed the sheets and just did the bare minimum of taking the trash out and making beds. Kinda disappointing and disgusting because it is a beautiful room and well put together. Just gave me unsanitary vibes.

I loved the layout of the room. Very spacious for lots of luggage and meals. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. I honestly liked this hotel a lot. I wish I could’ve stayed longer than ai did.

The breakfast buffet was good. Many different selections. Omelet station, eggs ,bacon ,sausage, cereal, oatmeal, juice ,coffee, and pastries. Full hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Spacious room for a family trip to Disneyland.

There was a lot of trash laying around in the hotel and I’m my room was really dirty. This place needs a good cleaning.

They charged me for parking even though I had to park across the hotel. because there were no spaces.

The fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning. Felt like an interrupted stay.

I found the property very well ,it was very we’ll organized from the point we got there thanks to the great assistance at the front desk we were booked and in our rooms in no time. Although the actually rooms could need some remodeling and fixing up the time we spend there was great. Side note the breakfast was good as well!

We didn't know breakfast closed at 900 during the week so we missed it. It was and hour and a half shorter then the weekend. People stay there for vacation and would like to sleep in. The appetizers are not appetizers it's chips and salsa that's a snack.

The room was great, the hot tub was great and the location was great.

Overall, a bit dated. Specifically, Bed too soft and sofa/chair too hard, a couple of light bulbs needed replacing, some carpet stains.

The furnishing in the room are a little out dated, the flooring didn't feel that clean - I preferred not to walk in bare feet.

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Complimentary drinks, good choice at breakfast, close parking that was free. Indoor and outdoor pool.
