We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very welcoming historic hotel. Our room was small, however it had a sunny balcony with sea views. Facilities were good. A light continental breakfast was provided, however you had to take it to your room. Free parking at the hotel and outside. Location was great with a short walk to Carmel.

United StatesThe breakfast is minimal and there is no place to stay while eating. This morning there were 2 apples and 2 oranges, one yogurt yoplait (the cheapest yogurt ever) and one piece of pastry. We had to split and ended up going elsewhere for a decent breakfast. No eggs, no other fruit, no water, no toasts and not even one piece for each one of us. Disappointing.
