It would be nice if bottled water were provided. Also, we were charged more than the rate shown on Booking, but we didn’t bring it up since we arrived late at night, tired and jetlagged.

The staff was truly wonderful—especially the housekeeper (so kind and attentive), and Mireille at the front desk, who was very welcoming and helpful. The value for money is ok, and the room itself was very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Door had an odd handle (pull up not push down) had to kick door to get in and pull hard to get out. Room did feel old.

Staff very friendly, plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of parking space. Bathroom had been remodeled, plenty of hot water and good water pressure, microwave and fridge in room. New coat hangers in closet. Wi-Fi was good.

The original room we were given the bed was a disassembled and taken apart and the mattress was against the wall. The front door looked like it was broken. The morning front desk person wasn't as friendly but we could have caught her at a bad time because she looked like she didn't want to be there when we had questions.

It was easy to find. The night guy was very helpful since we had a very late check in. He was also very accommodating and helpful after we had an issue. We needed a last minute stay so we didn't have to drive far and late with kids and this place was open, reasonable price and comfortable. The breakfast had good options. Located right in the middle surrounded by restaurants and stores.

For the price we paid, it was not worth it: The towels in our room were all dirty with brown spots, the room smelled disgusting when we walked in and took the whole evening to air out, the door itself would stick so we had to practically KICK it open, the window screens were torn like somebody had tried to get in through the window previously, and they made us pay an extra $20 for a later check-out time.

The AC was leaking outside and they had a bucket under it. That didn't look nice. I forgot my charger and the rooms didn't have phone chargers or staff did have one available for me so I had to buy one. Under the bed was dirty with stuff other people left and the housekeeping doesn't look at and clean under bed. The rooms can use a big upgrade on floors and paint. My opinion. Thank you.

The bathroom was definitely not what I expected. It was clean but was definitely looking very old and well used.

Room was good. Had a microwave and mini fridge which were handy and bed was very comfortable. The wifi was great. Breakfast was decent and pretty good for a continental breakfast. The location was close to Old Town station (3 stops by Bus 28) and the trolley to downtown is only about 15 - 20 minutes.

We stayed for 4 days and there was a difference on how they serve breakfast. Weekdays does have not any protein like eggs but they offer it during weekends, plus there is no variety of food to choose from.

The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived, left over towel in the closet from previous group that had stayed. We got a non-smoking room which kind of smelt like cigarettes

Property was at a great location from the beach, Downtown SD, and mainly SeaWorld which was the purpose of the stay. Great Value beds were comfortable close to Target, grocery store and In n Out.

Could use a more of variety for breakfast

It was very close to Seaworld and Mission Bay Beach. Close to some stores and some fast food restaurants. I really liked the size of the room.
