I had dinner at their in-house restaurant and got food poisoning from their fish tacos. DO NOT eat here!!!! I almost missed my flight; what a miserable experience!!

The hotel was run down and needs a lot of upgrading. I was actually disappointed I would have never thought that a Holiday Inn would be like that.

Front staff woman tells you what you want to hear then proceeds to fake like she is extremely busy. 120 rooms and I ask her why can’t we check in an hour early? All the rooms are dirty? Other guest were put out also. Won’t be back.

I thought breakfast was included. It wasn’t. That’s a big reason I booked the hotel. No drain plug in the tub. Really?

Pool & Jacuzzi were closed & nothing was said until checkin. This was one of the main reasons for booking room. It looked like it had a great pool & we looked forward to swimming!

front desk was rude, and couldn’t find my reservation he make me call booking.com for the reservation info that they already have at the end his excuse was that I have a middle initial on my name and that was why he couldn’t find me, witch it is hard to believe, but to me that was not the problem, the problem was the way he was rude not trying to help out, like if this was some kind of free room or something, everything else was what we expected,

Must have been short staffed. Had to call for clean towels Had to call for cleaning of the room (they never made it) The hotel must of had a flood at soon time the ceilings had just been speckled and covered with paint. The wall paper was coking off the wall. The ceiling above the ice maker appeared to be ready to collapse due to water damage.

There were no extra linens for the sofa bed, But one call to the front desk it was addressed. Went to the pool the next morning and the area was unkept. No restock of the swimming towels, there was a table in the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi water was green. The pool floor was dirty. There were swimming towels on the floor from the day before.

The hotel address was not the real location. The staff did not know where restaurants or gas station were There were no towels, or local maps or services and last but not lease the TV was not correctly programmed so viewing was very limited. I would not recommend the place to family or friends

there was an altercation by the elevators around 4 in the morning that woke us up. There were a group of people fist fighting and arguing for a good 20 minutes and 10 more minutes after I reported it to the front desk. Disappointing when you think youre staying at a nice hotel with a 2 year old. It did not feel safe.

They were doing construction. And the pool was so far from everything. Also the breakfast wasn’t free and they didn’t offer atleast a complimentary breakfast for the price we paid.

The property is really burned down from the inside our bed if you even Saranac me a ugly, loud sound, which made it hard to sleep at night when we were tossed and turned. The bathroom wall seem like it was peeling off.
