The AC didn’t get cold enough for our liking. It was like stuck at 71 degrees. Also, housekeeping came by twice when we were in our room around 9 am asking if we were leaving today. Just feel like that should be something they know and not something they are knocking on our door to ask.

The front desk staff was amazingly nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Laundry room on 10th floor where the AC was broken, like trying to do laundry in a sauna. Dryers did not work. I booked through a third-party vendor where it was not made clear that breakfast was not included, and parking was paid. And while it is visible on the hotels website, I feel like those extra charges should have been clarified at the time of booking as I thought I was booking a hotel with free breakfast and free parking. Overall, the hotel is very dated, lots of minor damages that are visible but not really relevant if you’re just looking for a decent hotel near DC.

Hotel needs some updates. Noisy room, neighbors and near the highway. No freezer section in the small refrigerator. I'm waiting to get my room security deposit back.

Great location close to the Metro. Excellent shower water pressure. Comfortable beds. Very good complimentary coffee in the mornings.

I could not adjust the thermostat, the temperature was stuck at 63 degrees despite turning on the heat. I finally had to turn everything off. The room smelled like cigarette smoke whenever the fan was on. The front desk staff were not very friendly although they did comply to my requests.

The location was very close to the Metro. There was a Wegmans a block away.

There was a party there and unfortunately, the elevator had chicken bones and trash in it . Not the hotels fault , but it was gross

Only a few ice machines. Did not expect to be charged $18 per car for parking (this was not disclosed at all) I found out when I received a charge on my VISA for $36 for parking. Tub & shower were very outdated. Very weak AC.

It’s my fault to not thoroughly reading before booking. If I’m staying at your hotel and u have a parking spot, why am I paying $17 a nice a parking? Doesn’t make sense. The description also said 2 queen beds and I pull out sofa. No pull out sofa in sight. The room was small, the bathroom was small. The place was nice and neat, but a little outdated!

That breakfast was extra when I booked through booking.com and it specifically said free breakfast and pay online or at the hotel! Rooms smelled a bit musty, needs some updating and the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working.

It was in close proximity to the Hoffman theater.

Elevator is small and one made a long ring after you pressed the floor you were going to.

The room was dirty, tgere was food under tge bed. sheets were dirty and had dirt in the bed under the covers! The thermostat was broken so the room felt like a sauna.

The location was good, we were in town for the parade. It was nit in a congested area which made it nice.
