You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaLobby bar area is about as ugly and uncomfortable as one could make it. Had to call hotel to tell them I would not be there for the first night and the first person I spoke with was totally out of it. Could not find my reservation. Coffee maker in room did t work. Ordering breakfast is OK, but with the room already very highly priced for the area the food was not a good deal and I only ate there once. Restaurant not very welcoming appearance-wise.
I ordered just sides and it was a good value. Hotel felt safe and clean, room was good.

United States of AmericaOnly thing I can really ding them on is was the overpriced non-complimentary breakfast. The same bland, watery eggs that I'm happy to eat for free all day long ran me $17 here. I would have been better off grabbing some fast food on my way out of town. Also, the elevators are painfully slow. So slow that I still remember it almost 2 weeks later.
My room was great. Front desk and bar staff were also fantastic. Not totally modern but a well maintained, clean facility with great rooms.
