Beds were very comfortable but too high for my friend who has disability issues. No chair in the room but one supplied when requested.
Pleasant ambiance. Good food in the restaurant. Very helpful staff.

It seemed that at one time both elevators were not working. Ultimately, this wasn’t a huge deal for me even being on the 6th floor but I could imagine it being difficult for some guests.
My room was ready at the time I arrived. The staff was great and very attentive in spite of the hotel being very busy on an holiday weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I wish the hotel restaurant wasn't as overpriced so I would've went there. The room had quite a few large chips in the baseboards and door frames, but I understand how hard it would be for maintenance to attend to every detail in all the many hotel rooms. There was no ceiling light at all in the bedroom area, which is a weird decision. The two bedside lamps aren't enough light for that whole room...even the addition of a big floor lamp in one of the corners would help.

The property is showing its age. Only the ice machines on floors 2 and 6 were functional. Carpets in hallways always seem to need vacuumed.

Front lobby of as full of stained furniture lined up with cold entering directly from doors and bar as chaotic.

I wish the pool and restaurant had better hours.
It was clean and comfortable. The lobby always smelled amazing! I love that the staff texted throughout my stay to ensure I had what I needed. That was an awesome special touch!

Only complaint I have was the sink in bath leaked when running water. Was a little pain in butt.

There website showed a bar. We specifically booked this because of the bar. We wanted to be able to drink and not have to worry about drinking and driving. We wanted to be able to watch the Green Bay Packers playoff game. When we checked in we found out that the bar was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. We booked it for a Sunday and had to drive to a restaurant to watch the game which defeated the purpose of staying here

I would have liked another lamp or two for lighting in the parking lot. It was very dark by the time I arrived and parking lot could have been better lit.
I appreciated the room. The bed was comfortable. I was able to easily adjust the temperature. And the bedding was thick enough that you felt covered when you got into bed. I also appreciated the movable writing desk so I adjust where I was sitting and still be able to write.

Did see ONE ROACH in my room which was surpriseing .Breakfast was ok but pricey , better food and coffee just down the road (minutes away).....
The beds are very cozy and the hot water was also nice too!

The double rooms are a bit small, king rooms are good but sofa beds can use some decorative throw pillows. Awful that the windows dont open because it has a bit of a damp smell in the rooms and no fresh air
