Everyone was very friendly, a great restaurant, my son loved the arcade and swimming pool and we went for a hike and walk around the facility was amazing not enough snow so I did not go tubing but it is okay still was relaxing and loved it 😀

I specifically booked through Bookingsing.com a shower and not a bathtub, and yet got a bathtub This happened twice on this trip to Vermont through Bookings.com.

I got an entire 1 bedroom, 1bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and living and dining room areas for $1 less than the other hotel rooms in the area with just a bed and bathroom.

Not having a breakfast place on site. Bar and restaurant were only open until 9pm. Couldn't get wifi in the room.

This was a beautiful facility in the middle of no where. it took 45 min to get to places but it was very picturesque. We enjoyed the restaurant and arcade room. The room was beautiful and clean. Hardly any noise except for the refrigerator. Bathroom was a bit small but overall loved the suite's appeal.

This was an absolute perfect place to stay. We couldnt believe that we had a kitchen and a living room. We bought some food and cooked right in the room. Everyone was so friendly. Worth every penny

Quite to hard to drive around after dark some outdoors street lights would be perfect Some dirt roads on the property with very few signs make them hard to navigate

The pools could be better maintained, but it seems they are getting updated now. And we couldn't get any cell signal in the area or in the vicinity. Thankfully the hotel wifi was pretty good.

Very spacious and clean apartments. Beautiful location - nestled against a mountain and hiking trails right behind the hotel. A short drive from many local attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And there is a fantastic grocery/cafe (Brownsville Butcher & Pantry) about 5 minutes walk from the hotel - accessible by a short trail in front of the registration building.

Check-in was a breeze and all the front desk staff were exceptional. The room was amazing very clean and large with several comfortable beds and a great kitchen. While here we spent some time exploring the facilities and enjoyed the arcade and pool area. The restaurant on site is exceptional we had some amazing food that we didn’t expect for a hotel restaurant.

The only issue we had was were we in the main building and it was noisy at times outside. But it didn't ruin the experience.

Love this resort this was our second time staying here. Beautiful rooms wonderful admendities. We had to wait 30mins to check in because our room wasn't ready. But a woman who seemed to be of some importance came by and they upgraded our room from a 1bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom.this trip was for our anniversary so it was perfect timing. Dinner at the maple kitchen was amazing. We ate early and were the only ones there so it was perfect. Didn't get the chance to visit the pool this stay but will try next time. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place

We were doing a road trip from Texas to Vermont. we did travel in winter so there was a lot of snow and the weather was freezing. But it look gorgeous stay was very friendly and the restaurant food taste good. rooms were very comfortable for my family of 6. They are old but very clean and they have a house-welcoming feeling.

Dinner was excellent, so fresh and good portion size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was much bigger than expected, activity rooms were great for kids and gym was well equipped vs most hotel gyms.

Smart TV was difficult to work.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The new decor is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked. We were a large group and the facilities were perfect and helped us to have a wonderful time. The Maple Kitchen restaurant is excellent!
