Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

At first night there’s tapping sounds I didn’t sleep well. I told the receptionist she said call them when it happens again. The rest of our nights were peaceful.

That was the only complaint
When the room above us flushed the toilet or took a shower it made a loud noise in the ceiling of our entryway of our room.

We had a very nice room, totally happy and would stay again. Two things. The bathroom was fine but there was a hoe in the door,surprises it wasn’t fixed. Also, no lid on the toilet, sanitary rules say there should be one.

My wife said there was a urine odor, I think by the time we discussed we were used to it... ?
Never tried breakfast, the kitchen area was pretty crowded. My wife had a Carl's Junior breakfast. I skipped breakfast.

One of the nicest budget "Chain" hotels we've stayed in. While I wouldnt call it truely budget - I would call it high value. Really comfortable, well laid out and modern room. Probably the best included breakfast I've had in years and every night snacks were laid out to take back to your room. Nice touch!

The stay was perfect, my only problem is I’ve never been able to access my rewards program. Last time I tried on-line I got a message that I would be sent a security number. I called at 6:30 pm and waited for an hour before I gave up not getting the password . I wake up the next morning and see that the password was sent to me at 3:00am, and it was only good for 30 minutes. I’ve tried making calls but to this day I have not been able to log into my IHG Rewards account.
The breakfast is my favorite part about staying there. It’s the best breakfast offered of all the hotels, and I use to stay at many other hotels. I don’t search for other hotels I always just google map Holiday Inn and the city I’m going to stay at. It’s very easy to find your hotel near me.

Coffee!! It was horrible even after we doctored it up.
The breakfast was fine for a quick little something at the beginning of the day. They had several types of selections like fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon, toast etc. The coffee needs help though. A good cup of coffee would really improve the breakfast experience. Also had baskets of snacks for the guests to take which was a really nice touch!

Very clean and smells nice when you walk into the rooms. The breakfast was decent with plenty of options. They had snacks and water set out all day for people too which was nice.

"Heated" pool is not heated enough! Spent most of out time in the hot tub to stay warm.
Location is good for us because it's near our family who live in Albany. We have stayed here many times in the past and will probably continue to. Appreciated the location of the room being on the far end of the floor away from the elevator, and on the top floor.

The carpets weren't vacuumed, and the bathroom floors were not cleaned. Also, it looked as if the table was removed. If 4 people were staying in that room, we wouldn't have had a place to sit and eat.
I love the cinnamon rolls. They are my all-time favorites.

The only small suggestion I can think of is maybe replacing or changing the towel brand. We didn't use the hotel towels to dry since it was so ruff. a smoother softer towel recommend.
Love that the entire facility was well maintained. Had fun in the pool, sauna, and hot tub. Morning breakfast was great as well. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and handwash. Thank you for not being cheap and going with low end products we forgot out shampoo and lotion but when we noticed that ya used Dove products we were happy to not go out and spend money on a travel set.

Front desk told us we could access side door to get in with our card key. Didn't work. No bathtub. Stingy on towels
