The breakfast is always the same and the hot tub and pool are very cold..

We really enjoyed the location because it's in the central part of Albuquerque and next to a star buck's that a bonus

We liked the location. A bit outside of the city which worked for us since we had our car. Breakfast was great, beds were comfy, and the rooms were plenty big which was refreshing!

Not enough parking. You can hear everyone walking above below and next to you. Our room had door to next room so we felt a little nervous about that. And not enough of a dog area for a dog friendly hotel my dogs don't like to restroom on rocks.

Everyone was nice and friendly smiles on faces. Clean everything. Food was great and had allot of options. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash was all dove big bottles that smells good. Pet friendly so that's a plus if you love animals. 2 latches on Door plus deadbolt lock

Too noisy! Next to freeway but primary irritating noise was from cars with muffler cut-outs racing down 12th street next to hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to local attractions, Starbucks, and restaurants.

The breakfast food was low with nobody there to refill. The front desk staff in the morning were unfriendly. They wouldn’t look up from their computers to help anyone.

The light bulb on the window side of the bed was missing. We only noticed it at bedtime and we left before 6am the next morning so not notified staff that evening.

Some of the pillows were feathers and one of our friends is very allergic. Her husband complained to the front desk who assured they all had been changed. Labels do not lie. The second night they were still in the bed! In our room I had 2 and had to out them away. Also I am always surprised by the plates (paper) and silverware (plastic), all dumped in the same trash cans. What a waste for the planet!

Modern building, large room with fridge, microwave and coffee machine (that we did not use). Nice breakfast but in the tea section there were only herb teas, including to sleep better! For the black tea, I had to ask the nice guy in charge. Each morning. Weird!

Carpets are worn and smelly, probably from the smelly hover. Otherwise a comfortable hotel.

Nothing much to complain about except the showerhead. Maintainence staff seems to be a continuing problem for most hotels these days.

Rooms were satisfactory, except bath showerhead had a very strange spray pattern. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

At check in we were told they had no hot water. The clerk offered to call around for another hotel for us. We were willing to take the room regardless. It turned out they did have hot water since so many people chose not to stay at the hotel. I don't think they charged for parking to begin with. We were very happy with everything.

There was a 50.00 pet fee but the room still smelled like dog. I’ve stayed in many pet friendly hotels and did not have that dog smell.

The location of the hotel was nice, we had a bubble were we felt safe. We went to 12th street tavern which was nice. The view from there was awesome.
