Hey, overall the stay was great. My only concern was the outside hangout. Not too many but I could tell the outside was doin drug exchange. Also as I was checking out I could see street walkers approaching the sleep in not sure if they stayed there but it was not a good look. But the customer service was excellent the room was peaceful it’s very quiet and clean it just has a bad smell when walking inside the building, it did not smell the same once I got to my room it was okay

The things I hated most were 1. Showers & 2 Breakfast. The shower I high expectations for considering it was a nice see through glass one. However, the builder of the shower must’ve been cooky. The shower knob is on the far side on the opposite of the shower opening and you have to step almost fully into cold water to turn it on. Secondly, there was no hot breakfast. The only thing they had was waffles cereals and muffins. It was a disappointment for sure. Luckily IHOP is directly beside the location. One of the elevators was down. Not a huge deal. Had graffiti written on the inside of it as well. Halls are a little outdated but the room was surprisingly nice and as good as shown on pictures.

The rooms seem to be nice and updated. There’s an IHOP next door since the breakfast is very lacking.

Broken toilet lever the whole time there. Had to pull chain with lid off to flush. Looked like it had been previously super glued. Another thing that was troubling but didn't really affect us was all the cars in the parking lot with a window broken out. I counted 7 at one time. Nice clean room. Very polite staff.

Okay, so, our shower when you open the door of it, the side panel pops out until you open it more then half the way but you could see all types of bugs stuck to the stuff, to be honest I grew up worst but this should not happen plus the floor was real dirty had to walk around in shoes the whole time couldn’t even feel comfortable walking around in shoes the nights I stayed there. To be honest, if you all actually do more cleaning and take time to put the panels on the bathrooms correctly I would have rated and recommend this hotel more but please correct this issues. I actually work for Contracting to create business contracts. I go around a lot to train hotels and services so I would advise to create a better cleansing and maintenance environment.

The staff was great and i like the fact that they have security to make sure all guest are secured. The beds were very comfortable.

Need alot of upgrades, looks likes they are in the middle of replacing some furniture, items throughout the hallways, grud around surfaces, carpet needs to be replaced, gate entrance has alot of pot holes at the entrance and along the sidewalk. Would suggest they shut down until updates to facility are made inside and out

When it was time to check out one of the Staff was rude & wasn't goin to let me get our belongings out of the room due to me having to have my friend watch my child didn't seem like he trusted me wantes me to make one trip wit all the belongings that I had but couldn't

I didn’t like that there were stains in the carpet. It wasn’t a microwave in the rooms. I also didn’t like that around the tub you see mold trying to grow.

I liked the bed. It was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious with a nice size Tv and refrigerator. The toilet and sink area was very clean as well.

The carpet needs to be replaced and bathrooms need to be cleaned and/or updated.

The people were very friendly and they allow large breed dogs for an extra fee

Comfortable beds and descent sized room. Good location if visiting Graceland, short drive or cab ride. A few places around hotel to eat, we went to Ihop.
