We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe bathroom needed some work and no microwave in the room ( there is one you can use but it’s in the breakfast area and we had to ask someone about using it) when u come back at 1 am from the stadium and want to eat a little it made it a bit frustrating.
We loved the location and how comfortable the beds were. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle to the stadium was great however it only runs to 11 pm and I understand that and the walk back was not to bad.

Puerto RicoThe breakfast products began to be retired from the servicing area one hour before the end of the period. I also only stayed 1 night of the 3 nights that I reserved because of Hurricane Helene and I requested the hotel to give me a credit of 1 of the nights that I didn’t use. I made checkout 1 day before the reservation made. I hope that booking to plead for me to obtain a credit or refund for 1 night.

All in all we had a very nice stay. We were there for a concert and the shuttle service to the ball park was a big plus, just wish it ran a little bit later as most concerts run past 10pm.
