Breakfast could have been way better and I was charged incidentals even though I was told it wouldn’t come out of my card it did and was 8$ but still

Clean and comfortable, sweet lady checked me in , Nobody rushed me at 10am like some hotels do! I would stay again for sure ! Quiet area too

The bed wasn’t any good, and there was a connecting door to other room that had a lot of gaps

This is a personal thing, but the bed was a little firm for us.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had small roaches in the room. Breakfast room was not attended. Had to ask for refills. Staff did not refill juice or coffee even though there were still 2 hours before breakfast was officially closed.

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Rooms clean. Staff pleasant.

loitering. the main reason why I don’t like these certain hotels cause they allow people just to stand around and gather in the parking lot.

I usually don’t like motels like this but I’m glad we had a place to stay. all hotels in the area was booked. the room was clean, sheets were nice a soft. bed wasn’t to comfy. it was 11pm and people and kids in the pool were loud. I called the front desk and she was able to quiet them down. did not hear the noise again. front desk was very nice.

Prpoerty was clean, and comfortable beds. Rooms are spacious, lots of room, but small bathrooms. Breakfast could be better, not much selection choice to eat. Staff was very freindly.

Staff Marquis.. Marquez ( can't remember name exactly) was excellent! Was charged double in card and he took care of it immediately. Very friendly and nice!

Did see a couple roaches around so perhaps more thorough/frequent treatment would help to resolve.

Staff was friendly and accomodating & location (next to other hotels) was close to shopping and area attractions.

The receptionist in the morning of our departure could have been more friendly.

The breakfast was was either a bagel or muffin. Choice of two juices but the coffee was weak and old.

We had to change rooms three times due to mechanical issues and mix up in reservations of other guests.

The pool was nice. Each room I stayed in was clean.

Room had Cockroaches And the bed was God, awful floors were gritty and disgusting. I was there on a business trip my friend got a room his bed had blood on it. We noticed that when we checked out of the hotel, housekeeping staff did not even have fresh sheets. To make up any of the rooms. So they are only making the beds and not changing any bedding. When i walked in my room There was a big brown cockroach. That greeted me at the door. After driving for thirty hours I was extremely exhausted so I just killed it and showered and put my luggage on the desk. When I woke up the next morning to my surprise. I went to use the restroom, and there was another brown cockroach. Saying hello to me from the bathroom ceiling this one had a Sack of eggs attached to it meaning she was pregnant. When me and my buddy informed the front desk. We were told that all they can do was give us 15% off the room. I reached out to booking and have yet to hear back on anything as far as compensation. This hotel Is nothing more than just like the movie Joe's apartment. When you check in, you're met by roaches. Which if you're not careful, you may bring some friends back home with you. Will never stay in this Roach motel ever again. Cant believe booking allows this type of establishment to be listed on their website. And i can't believe choice hotels knows the condition of this roach infected place. I have video of my room experience.
