We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Elevator going down from fourth floor sounds a little scary, off track. It seemed like front desk was aware of it. Front desk staff was very good.
The toasters did not work at breakfast but everything else was good. The room was good, lots of room but a little dated. I really liked the space. Good location for skiing.

It was extremely noisy for several hours on our arrival in the first floor hallway and stairway caused by a swim team totally out of control, while the parents, or chaperones, were enjoying a wine fueled social hour. After our second complaint, the manager appeared and quickly brought the situation to a halt. Also, on checking out in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to notice our bill had been substantially reduced.
Location was fine, but the signage in the dark was difficult to read.

The thermostat in my room was broken and stayed at 63 degrees. They tried to fix it once and it didn't work. However they did give me a free night stay for the future because of this.

Room was extremely warm (we were on third floor$,and couldn’t lower the temperature. Actually had to keep the window up even though it got down to 40 degrees outside , room never got cold .
Great location to attractions in the surrounding area. Large , attractive room, hotel seems relatively new. Good breakfast.

Although the sign indicated the presence of a library on the ground floor, I regrettably couldn't locate it during my search.
The proximity to two highways is excellent, offering convenient accessibility. Our stay proved to be a typical Holiday Inn Express experience, meeting the expected standards of comfort and service.

Nice hotel in a quiet are, but close to retail areas. Spacious room with all amenities. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and what you would expect. Wifi was good

My fourth floor room was very hot at night. Even with the heating system turned off it was over eighty degrees in the room. Luckily there was a box fan n the closet to bring some relief.
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient to get to and we’ll located for my trip.

Poorly lit (no light) /dark area of sign for road way entrance to IGH. Room window next to bed slightly drafty cold. Didn't know hotel was related to one across from us that had a available indoor pool for use at no extra charge. Could hear the highway from time to time early in morning.
Staff very kind and friendly through and through Breakfast buffet was good as well, nice selection. Coffee very good. Room was great size overall Nice window view of countryside.

There were some very minor issues with the room. like the night stand had a sticky residue on it from the bottom of a coffee cup from a previous guest but other than that my stay was fantastic!
Forgive me Holiday Inn for I have sinned! I was in white river for two nights. the first one was spent at the white river inn next door and what a mistake that was. your facility was not only friendlier, it was obviously cleaner, newer, it felt much safer, and breakfast was outstanding! I can’t wait to come back next year for the same event (assuming I get invited back) I will be staying both nights at the holiday inn!

Our room was mostly quite clean and we were happy with it. However, we did notice some pink mildew in the corners of the shower which takes awhile to grow. We found that to be disappointing and it made us wonder about how clean it was.
The room was great, beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets! The breakfast was really good. They had a very good assortment of foods to choose from and the staff person there was exceptional! She was so friendly and helpful.
