When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Are room was so dusty. I wipe down rooms we stay at and was shocked each wipe was so dirty when finished. Chair and sofa were torn and wore out. The room had a nasty smell to it. It smelled like old carpet and body odors.
It was easy to find. Out side of hotel looked fine. Bed was excellent.

I do wish the bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner and the glue around the bathroom sink was wearing off so it looked a little worn-out as if it was dirty.
I liked our room. It was spacious & neat. Overall the room was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast. I liked how easy it was to get to the army base because my family & I was in Lawton for my daughters basic training graduation & Family day at Fort Sill.

By being involved in a travel agency transition, I was charged double billing at HIE Ft Sills. I find it difficult to call HIE hotels directly and have had difficulty regaining my money due to my mistakes. HIE Ft Sills correctly billed me and is helping to resolve the $522 overcharge from the traveling agency.
As a IHE Club Member PC 472616370, I always know HIE are clean, safe, friendly and accommodating. I choose HIE exclusively on my travels.

There were only 3 towels in the room when we arrived when we designated there would be 5 people in the room. Breakfast the first day was an hour late but the man working that day did an amazing job to get it going.
Staff was very helpful and alert to our needs and those of other guests.

Sometimes I took the wrong turn cause it was hard to see the street sign with so little lighting on that street.
The breakfast every morning was great. We didn't need to search and drive around the area for a good breakfast. It was already there when we got up.

I didn't care for the pillows and was disappointed with the pool.
The breakfast was wonderful and filling. However, with the exception of the pool and the pillows, everything else exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Fort Sill.

The only issue I had that i don't like was that an item was forgotten in the room and I called about it after leaving and it seems as though I am getting run around. I just want for someone working at hotel to admit that the cleaning crew didn't follow protocol if there is one in place as they told me there is one to turn in items in to the front desk after the cleaning crew cleans the room if anything was left by guest.
I like that the hotel provided breakfast each morning and the front desk staff was friendly during my stay.

Not enough pillows on beds - only two small ones on a queen bed.
Finally, a tv larger than the what’s in our travel trailer! Spotless and clean with fresh modern furnishings. Breakfast was a bit above average and attendant very nice. Front desk staff were all super helpful and efficient.

Staff all need fired very inconsiderate the attendant this morning was more interested in smoking than the doing his job. There were multiple customers trying to get service and htold us its not his job to find out we're luggage carts we're I found them in back parking lot.

We asked several times about the Wi-Fi not working in our room and the issue was never resolved. We also requested the hand soap be replenished and it never was.
It was centrally located, pool was open after Labor Day, free breakfast was good.
