The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. The cleaning crew was extremely loud in the late morning.

the room and property are old and tired. windows have damage between the window panes, the rugs are coming apart at the seams, the blinds are torn and old , deep scratches on the door, room and bathroom are small and cramped, all the furnishings except the Keurig are old and worn. even the sheets were not as nice as the ones in the Holiday inn I stayed in just three nights before the one in this location

Room was tiny, especially for the price. We are not from the area so didn't realize how wealthy the Roslyn area is in general and it was a Friday night of a summer travel weekend so while the price was high I understood that that "was what it was I was" but I was surprised at how small the room was. You could not walk past the bed with the bathroom door open, could not open the room door with the bathroom door open. The door stop for the main door was on the floor between the foot of one of the beds and the bathroom door which is both a tripping hazard and also something that you could injure yourself on if you kicked it while walking to bathroom. We did not spend enough time to hang up clothes or try to use the desk but if you need those amenities you'll be really disappointed because the closet and desk area are pretty much non-existent.

Check in staff were pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was very quiet and slept great. While the room overall was very small, the bathroom was full size and had great water pressure and a nice shower head.

We were in room 312...the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, an electric outlet next to the bed came off when I was blow drying my hair, and the wall paper next to the bed was bubbling and didn't look good at all. Someone could come into that room and spend 1 hour or less on touch ups and I would have given a much higher rating. Our room was SO small, nothing you can do about that. Fine for 1 person, but my husband and I kept bumping into each other. Not much you can do about that, LOL!

Breakfast was really good. The kitchenette where it was served was well maintained.

A) Although sheets for sofa bed were requested at check-in, staff did not provide, even after brought up twice (brought to attention of supervisor in the morning) B) Room 101's bathroom toilet paper holder was loose C) Room 101's air conditioner unit has loose front panel D) Telephone stand-off was missing, and when brought to attention of front desk staff, no replacement phone provided (showed issue to manager in the morning) E) Fitness area's water dispensor was empty (asked front desk for refill, and was asked to refill it myself: supervisor of morning indicated staff had improperly asked me to refill the water bottle, when they ought to have) F) Tags on cords of electrical appliances and mattresses are not needed, and ought to be removed, before items are distributed to rooms. G) Odor of the room was questionable at check-in (may have been a combination of humidity in carpet, and lack of fresh sheets) H) Stained sofa cushion (need upholstery cleaner)
