We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the room and property are old and tired. windows have damage between the window panes, the rugs are coming apart at the seams, the blinds are torn and old , deep scratches on the door, room and bathroom are small and cramped, all the furnishings except the Keurig are old and worn. even the sheets were not as nice as the ones in the Holiday inn I stayed in just three nights before the one in this location

United StatesRoom was tiny, especially for the price. We are not from the area so didn't realize how wealthy the Roslyn area is in general and it was a Friday night of a summer travel weekend so while the price was high I understood that that "was what it was I was" but I was surprised at how small the room was. You could not walk past the bed with the bathroom door open, could not open the room door with the bathroom door open. The door stop for the main door was on the floor between the foot of one of the beds and the bathroom door which is both a tripping hazard and also something that you could injure yourself on if you kicked it while walking to bathroom. We did not spend enough time to hang up clothes or try to use the desk but if you need those amenities you'll be really disappointed because the closet and desk area are pretty much non-existent.
Check in staff were pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was very quiet and slept great. While the room overall was very small, the bathroom was full size and had great water pressure and a nice shower head.

United StatesWe were in room 312...the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, an electric outlet next to the bed came off when I was blow drying my hair, and the wall paper next to the bed was bubbling and didn't look good at all. Someone could come into that room and spend 1 hour or less on touch ups and I would have given a much higher rating. Our room was SO small, nothing you can do about that. Fine for 1 person, but my husband and I kept bumping into each other. Not much you can do about that, LOL!
Breakfast was really good. The kitchenette where it was served was well maintained.
