You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe first room that I stayed in smelled like an animal had been in there, I brought my newborn and my teenage daughter in and we all woke up sneezing. Then the toilet didn't work It took half a day for maintenance to even try to come by the time they came we switch rooms. But the hotel attendant did try to accommodate me she wouldn't have any clue as to the conditions of the rooms so it's not her fault. There are disruptive people next door outside of my room they were fighting and loud. The pool was being worked on so it was kind of tight and there in the pool looks dirty. The lady out front was doing her best to make sure that everything was taken care of but the hotel needs an upgrade. The second wrong that we were moved to was okay at first until I realized that the microwave didn't work at their point.

Checking in, we were not aware of amenities. We were not told about breakfast or given any information. Only was asked for ID and payment and never said any other words to us checking in or the person checking out besides throw your room key in the basket. No, thank you, have a nice day or anything else.
