The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the tub water drained slowly and the sink.

The front desk staff was very hospitable.

The suit floor was extremely nasty. It needs to be cleaned or replaced immediately. There was a huge red stain on the flood in the room as well. I wouldn't allow my family to wear they socks. They had to have on shoes when walking around the room. We were not able to use the pool. And they stopped putting out breakfast at 830 when start not supposed to end till 930.

The bed was super comfy and the room extremely large. We have a family of 5 and the suit never felt crowd. The stuff was really nice.

This hotel should not to be charging paying customers for parking. Bedding comforter & pillows were dirty & stained.

the telephone didn’t work & the TV guide didn’t work, so we had to flip through all the channels until we found something.

I was disappointed as they were remodeling the first floor and the breakfast room was very small and most of the breakfast items were out.

There room was smaller than I thought for a suite and there was not a separate sitting area couch was near beds and not in an area where you could view the tv from. There were not extra sheets or blanket for the sofa bed, had to ask for them and when asked they said they don’t think they have any extra but after waiting a few minutes they did found some.

Breakfast was gross and not what I was expecting wish I would have known the hotel was under renovations. Pool was not ready to be used either and that was upsetting to my daughter that was looking forward to swimming one night during our stay.

My reservation was not right the hotel was under construction and the pool was broken. Trash left in cubbies microwave was dirty and no microwave plate.

heater in pool was out which was my main reason for booking here (indoor pool) and nothing was said until after I paid. even the breakfast area was moved to a not breakfast area. the room I reserved was not available when I got here and also again was not told until after I paid and carried my stuff upstairs. and all she could do was say I'm sorry. the thermostat in room she moved us to did not work and didn't put in system she moved me so new staff woke me up at 4 n 5 am trying to find out who was in this room
