Pillows were a little too firm, but quite useable

The front desk staff were terrific. The attendant in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful. I did not feel like an "anonymous guest" at all!

The jacuzzi tub did not work the first night and we had to tell the front desk. They don't do full service unless requested. Towels and trash have to be put out every morning. The shower also probably needed a good scrub and bleach.

The king suite had tons of space and came with a good size mini fridge. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Everything was clean regarding bedding and counters. Parking was easy and covered. The location is right off the 5 fwy and really close to the beach.

The parking is $10/day and there is no complete daily cleaning of not requested. The partial daily cleaning didn’t work much as my burger bag stayed in the trash bin during all my stay.

Toilet's water tank wasn't functioning as it should. We had to keep removing the lid and tap on to the mechanics to fill it with water every time we flush :(

When we arrived, we noticed the room faced the street so was noisy, however, staff was accommodating and moved us to a less noisy location although didn't have the same type of room available. Breakfast was great, good selection with friendly staff. Excellent location!

Parking spaces very hard to use without scraping your car. Exit direction incredibly hard to navigate without scraping your car.

The refrigerator froze my groceries and the heater broke. However, the maintenance man replaced both right after I called the desk an all was well, again. Around 5:00 am this morning, vending machine employees were restocking both machines. So early?

The room was larger than expected and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked. Staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my visit - three times. Parking was very convenient.

Carpet in the room was not very clean and the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was in the way. We did not ask for it and it made the bathroom way too small.

I don't love a room entrance off an exterior hallway. Next time I'll get a room with an interior hallway entrance as that seems safer and better to me.

Some of the staff members would not even make eye contact or greet me in the morning. However, the young lady who checked me in and out was very nice. :)

Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. The view was pretty from our balcony. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my children were safe and we were comfortable. Everyone is friendly and quiet. Our kids played for 6 hours in the pool and I enjoyed the space.

The outlets were old and didn't hold my plugs well. I wasn't able to fold up the ironing board and put it away. The fridge was so cold that my salad froze. It was a bit noisy.

The inner decor was drab. For a beach hotel the color scheme was grey and beige. I felt like I was staying in an office. Also no USB ports in the room.

The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The location is close to the beach and parks. Parking was easy. It is a safe location. I liked the sink, microwave in the adjoining room.
