Housekeepers did not make our bed during the entire stay, which I found odd. Water pressure could be better Out of hotels control but parking deck next door is very loud in the night!

Breakfast was a value add. Staff and other guests were friendly. Clean property, over all positive experience and would stay again! Location is walkable to all University needs.

The hotel is clean, bright, and well-appointed. It is walking distance to the University of Oregon which we were visiting, so the location was great. And the free breakfast had a great variety.

For being an upgraded room, there was a lack of amenities and overall feel. Room felt a bit jumbled together. Room wasn't fully clean.

The location is excellent for getting onto campus and walking along the river. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

The room was cold. I used the thermostat to change the temp, but the room remained cold. I had to borrow a blanket so I could sleep better and get warm.

The breakfast had more choices than other breakfast included hotels. The dining area was kept sparkling clean and was large enough to provide ample space for breakfast dining.

We used Booking.com and they initially couldn't find our reservation - eventually found it. No other complaints.

Free parking, easy access to everything we were there to do, friendly staff and quite hotel.

The smell of the chlorine from the pool on 1st floor! You could smell it all the way to level 3. Overall a good place to stay, would stay again.

Walls were very thin and loud plumbing made a huge noise whenever the ones upstairs would flush. I could hear neighbors talking even when they were talking at a low volume. And the shower curtains were too short which made large water puddle when showering.

Great breakfast choices. The rooms had a nice bench and desk. And very long comfortable chaise lounge. The bed was very soft and comfy.

One bed comforter had a stain that looked like coffee and the other bed had some dirt debris between the comforter and the sheet.

Check in was quick and easy and there was plenty of parking. Lots of options for breakfast.

There was a frozen meal left in the frig. It caused a water overflow on a tray we had to clean up. One of the paper plates in the room was dirty from previous use.

Breakfast was good. Location was great for what we wanted.

Maid service did not meet expectations. The service was not on par with any other hotel I have stayed at. Little was done but for picking up soiled towels and emptying trash cans. The beds were not made. I mentioned this to the maid, whop promised to reclean the room, but did nothing.

I think for the value the Holiday Inn Express in Eugene did a fine job. If I had to pick one thing it would be the elevator was a little slow, Other than that I enjoyed by short stay in Eugene.

I thought the breakfast set up was very good, food temperature was good, the space to prepare your breakfast plate or bowl was sufficient. The cinnamon buns every morning was great for grab and go!

no complaints. Looking out the hotel room, window, across the street was a parking garage. but it was off of Franklin Street so it was quiet 

right across the street from the University of Oregon stadium. It was a modern Holiday Inn express.

Needs to have blackout curtains and more constant way to make fan noise. Was tough to sleep with buses, cars, and lights right outside the window.

Great breakfast and well located. Also very nice to have the bike path right on the hotel. Walkable/bikeable to all of Eugene/UoO
