The gym equipment was awful. The treadmills are probably 20-25 years old and were way squeaky. Our room was great, but the bathroom could have used some work. The toilet seat was old and falling apart. The shower had low pressure because the tub nose was coming out of the wall.

The pool was great. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods to choose from.

We stayed four nights and the only downside was how loud the hotel is at night. The pool is open until 11 and voices carry very loudly up to the rooms. Every night we could hear screaming kids or teens until 11 and they woke me up a few times. We were also able to easily hear all the people around us and in the hallway.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of both the red rocks and the white La Sal mountains. Great location just a few easy miles to Arches NP. Beautiful pool with Arch water feature. The breakfast was absolutely top notch with bacon, eggs and sausage each day.

I didn't like the kids running all over the hotel day and night. And the rooms were not kept clean. I never put anything up to keep them from cleaning my room.

We requested an additional bed cover, it was stained. Also, the breakfast did not offer healthy choices: sugar glazed buns, sausage patties that do not taste like meat, etc. They could not serve scrambled eggs due to a broken oven. Overall, I wish the cost of breakfast was not included in the room rate - waste of money

Wireless connection is not working late evening due to large number of people using. Strong suggestion to segregate network to smaller subnets and/or extend DHCP pool. Bandwidth is OK.

We experienced a power outage, while it was not the property fault they offered no free water, we couldn’t shower or flush and they had no wifi! For these reasons we checked out day early and Since I prepaid I will NOT get refunded for the extra day!! So in the future I will not book and prepay!!

The staff were excellent!! The whole town lost power for hours (7pm-10ish?), and the staff handled it all very well. They were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole situation. We hung out in the lobby because it was hot in our rooms without ac and I personally watched them interact with dozens of tired and frustrated customers, and there was no end to their customer service! The staff rocks! I would definitely stay here again because of the staff alone. Breakfast and location were awesome, too.

The pool was nice. The front staff very friendly. Breakfast coffee was very good. Nice verity of items. Gym was a nice feature but it smelled of tires. Beautiful views. So much space for large things like hiking gear.

At breakfast, (4th of July), there were no eggs, and no cinnamon rolls. I asked staff working the breakfast and they said they were out of cinnamon rolls. Really!??! That's what HIE is known for and they were out, on a holiday no less. They also did not keep the pool towels supplied the night before.
