Staff is exceptionally wonderful! They always had a smile, so friendly every time I had a question, super efficient in keeping everything clean around the hotel or attending to guests. They always had amazing things planned for families out by the pool. The breakfast every morning was a huge amazing spread. Staff was always cleaning the hallways, rooms, trash cans etc. Loved that we had a full fridge and microwave. It is a hidden gem with AMAZING views of the ocean!

Room cleaning service does incomplete job. Some days only cleaning the bathroom and not the beds. Didn’t make up the bunk bed at all for the entire week.
Breakfast was great and well stocked with a variety of food and beverages.

Facilities were great the kids loved the pool which was heated so they could play for hours, bar with great food and drinks made it so convenient if you didn’t want to leave the hotel.

EVERYTHING. My 2nd stay here, will definitely be returning yearly! This is the nicest hotel me and my husband have ever been to. May not look like much from the front of the building, but every room is absolutely GORGEOUS. The lazy river is the only non-heated water feature. Loved that they serve everything from pizza to virgin drinks here at the hotel's private pool/beach-side grill. The hot tub was wonderful and I love that it flows after dark like the pool and lazy river. The indoor pool was awesome as several hours it was raining during our stay. It's clean, it's comfy, it's beachfront. It's close to the Pier Park and if I could rate this place above 10 I would.
