I would check here before staying here to see if the hot tub is working. That is the only reason I booked here. I was not told it was out of order upon check-in. I did not see the sign on the door either because other people were entering ahead of us. You need to put a sign on the timer and the hot tub rules sign. You may not want to stay here if there is an event next for at the arena. There was a couple asking to be moved because there were kids running around in the room above them. Our room was quiet. Breakfast tables were dirty. The pool area was very slippery.

PM male desk clerk was amazing. He was dealing with a complaint and handling it like a champ. If you like a firm bed, you're in luck. Finally, a hotel with full-size pillows!!! The room was huge and clean. Quality bathroom toiletries and make-up wipes. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. I noticed the pancake maker was out of order.

The beds were very low and I have slept on more comfortable beds. I only stayed the one night but before 9am already had housekeeping knocking on the door it was like they couldn't wait to have me out. Checking out took awhile I asked for a receipt still had to wait close to 10 minutes. The gal behind the desk looked new on the job so that could be why. While she was helping a customer ahead of me and then me the phone rang 2 times it was like no one wanted to answer it. While I was checking out a guy from the back came out to get a bottle of water he ignored the phone ringing and I know he worked there. Totally unorganized in my honest opinion.

It was extremely close to the venue for a game I attended which is why I stayed here.

There was a College baseball event during our stay & the price was astronomical! I hate to be gouged by businesses that use that time to make there annual income over a few days! $1273.00 for 4 nights! My family & I were there for a Memorial service & burial of our mother. Also, A full hotel with one elevator! The property needs to be upgraded too.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was working on her personal laptop in the lobby area came to check us in. After getting to our room, my wife noticed several stains on bed apron below the mattress. To further investigate, I pulled the sheets back and there several hairs in the bed as they had obviously not been changed since the previous guest. I went to front desk and asked for new sheets, which I received, but no apologies or explanation. However, there was a sign posted at front desk stating that there would be no room service the following day (New Years Day). The night stand lights on both sides of the bed were corroded. The next morning I went down to breakfast at 9:37am, and it was already closed, as the front desk clerk had erroneously told us the day before breakfast was from 7am to 10am, instead of 6:30 am to 9:30 am. It was a disappointing stay.

I didn't like the fact that the curtains didn't close all the way, the light by the TV wouldn't turn off unless the TV turned off, I placed a wake-up call that never came, and there were not any charging ports for charging phones, etc. There also wasn't a plug in near the desk or bed to plug in my laptop. I could only charge it by putting it in the chair and moving the light plug in order to plug in my laptop.

The location was ideal considering it was right next to my event arena I was attending. Loved the variety of TV channels, beds and pillows were comfy and the room appeared clean.

Was cold at night due to the fact that you are not able to adjust the temperature in your room. it was either too warm or too cold. Waited a few times for awhile at front desk to find a staff member. No bell to alert staff someone is waiting.
