Unfortunately the elevators were broken, and the bathroom in the room could have been cleaner.

When we went to breakfast, there were no plates for waffles and no plastic utensils. There was only cereal, juice, coffee & some microwavable biscuits. The tables were dirty, obviously, not cleaned from the day before. I looked in the prep kitchen looking for plates & if the health department stopped for inspection, the breakfast area would surely have been shut down. Needless to say, if we were to return to South Haven, MI, we would NOT stay a this hotel again.

Our room was located well & would have been quiet, but for our neighbors with older children (not toddlers or babies) who were not controlled. They were kicking a ball in the hallway & talking on their cell phones in the hallway outside our room. We notified the staff and the noise eventually stopped.

The hall carpet was dirty in front of my room. The bathtub did not hold water so had to take a shower. The shower did not have good pressure. There was no kleenex in the kleenex box.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable. I felt safe. The staff was nice. In the morning the sun was shining brightly with beautiful yellow trees and deer in the field. That was lovely.

Had to move 3 times to get a room in working condition, Front desk Angie was very nice. I am disabled ...had to split a King with my Daughter ( thank goodness it was my Daughter). Called and talked to GM last week Dawn...she said she would take care of a compensation of some sort...had to call back this week...told she no longer worked there!! Ridiculous for the PRICE!!!!!

Bathrooms were 'old' dirty. Where you can see that only a quick once over is done when guests leave. Bath plug rubber was perished so couldn't bath. Receptionist switched our rooms, but it was only a little better. The bathrooms need a deep clean at least once a month

Wet carpet, mold in the bathroom, there was an order to the room the toilet was loose no towels they kept saying they didn’t have any! When we changed rooms because of the carpet being so wet I had to take the towels from the other room to the new room which was fine but they never dried! There was a party in the room next to us they were a bit loud. When I called the desk she said it a bachelorette party!

The girl that checked us in was very friendly. On the weekend they were okay when you could find them. She did move us to a new room which great but the carpet was wet in both rooms! She couldn’t do anything about but apologized. She was great but didn’t work the weekend.

Not up front about cleaning schedule. The outlets on the lamps didn’t work, making plugging in cell phones hard. Felt a little rundown; stayed there last year and it seems like there hasn’t been any improvements to the rooms or main area. Elevator was really slow and didn’t seem top of the line

The room I was in smelled as though a smoker had been in it at some time recently and the carpet was filthy. The beds comfortable and generally well kept.

The blinds were broken, the room had a strong chemical smell.

The accessible room met our needs. The bathroom was wheelchair friendly and there was enough room to move around, even with the equipment needed to take care of my quadriplegic daughter
