The shower curtain rod (in room 106) needs repairing as brackets are loose, so rod drops down, and curtain slides from the ends to center resulting in wet floors after showering.

Staff was great! Room very comfortable! Convenient location to access the highway 91.

Indoor pool was absolutely freezing cold, but that is a pretty minor issue..

Good location, easy to find off the highway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options.

I did not like the first room because that bathroom was not as clean, and it appeared to need some repairs. The second room was much better although the bathroom faucet would not allow me to change the water temperature and it was not at the end of the hallway as I requested. This is my second stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to where I need to be, but my comfort is more important. I will not stay again.

When I arrived, the staff greeted me nicely. I requested a room on the upper floor and in a corner because I am a light sleeper. The staff made an accommodation quickly.

The restaurant not being open; the smell of urine in the hallways and bedrooms (we had friends staying there as well, and their rooms were smelly) the freezing cold pool…. The woman at the front desk copped an attitude over the phone; ignored my boyfriend when he walked in to check for something and was able to bypass the front desk and walk into our room that we left open for them upon check out. The washing machine puts a hold on your card of an extra 5-6.00 for load… with no notice and will be released once the wash completes and your bank releases it. The breakfast was minimal. Cereal, fruits, and breads…. Nothing continental or cooked/warm.

The hotel is outdated and needs upkeep. We had to request another room as our room smelled of sewer. We had difficulty getting another room however the clerk was able to find another available room in the middle of the night. We were not compensated for our inconvenience as we had to move late at night with a small child. The breakfast hours were very short and they had a sign prohibiting people from taking food back to the rooms. Given the short time for breakfast it was difficult getting my grandson up for breakfast and out to the identified breakfast location. Being able to pick up the food items to bring them to the room for my family would have been a much easier option.

The location of the hotel was great with access to the freeway and restaurants.

A hot breakfast was suppose to be included in the cost of the stay. It was not! We were not told about this in advance it was very inconvenient. We had to leave the hotel in pouring rain to find a breakfast location. We did have coffee at the hotel. They also had juice with stale bread and stale bagels.
