I wish the pool was heated, it was too cold for me, but my kids didn’t mind. But it is off season, it probably feels great in June. The only real issue I had was other people staying on the property smoking. They were not supposed to, and they did say they would ask them to stop, but they really can’t stop them. The pot smoke was coming from 2 rooms as least. You could smell it in the hallway and on the balcony. It was so strong! Then regular cigarette smoke on the balcony too, which actually stinks worse than the pot smoke and drove us back inside several times. We saw a guy tell them to stop, but later they started up again. It’s frustrating, you pay extra for that balcony and can’t use it as you would like.

The staff was really nice, everyone we came across was kind and helpful. The balcony and view were lovely. The beach, pool and spa were great. I liked the bench to sit on in the room. The queen beds were actually queen beds, sometimes they are really a full size and they were comfortable. They had the hotel beautifully decorated with lots of furniture to sit on and relax.

The location was perfect. We were there for a concert and the location was very close and convenient. The accommodations were excellent and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very relaxing and rejuvenating time.

The directions were confusing they listed on Booking that it was in Myrtle Beach it’s Surfside beach… so that meant it took forever to find Desk staff helpful but Booking staff didn’t have info we needed

The restaurant could be better staffed and prepared to serve all of the patrons.

The location was excellent, the hotel was older but very well kept. We had breakfast once in the hotel but the restaurant was very busy and understaffed. So happy we didn’t pay extra for the breakfast package. We took advantage of the laundry facilities, very nice and very affordable. Would stay in this hotel again!

The hotel was undergoing many renovations so most areas were blocked off or unavailable. I do understand that renovations need to be done so I don’t really hold that against them. The staff did their best to make accommodations for these.

The staff were very welcoming. Our room was nice and cozy. We loved that it was right on the beach. The area was very quiet as well. We will definitely love to come back!

The price was a bit higher and the fire works were a distraction. .

We had stayed there back in 2020 and the room was much better. This time there was hair in the shower and the beds didn't look really crisp. The room was ok.

It was difficult to get clean towels. Several times towels were not available when requested. The room smelled a little musty, but with the humid weather that might be difficult to control.

the restaurant, there are no nearby restaurants to walk to so unless you want to drive out you are at the mercy of the restaurant . service is nonexistent, the wait when you finally get your order taken is far too long . the staff is very rude and unwelcoming.. you are either ignored or treated with rude and short responses. Staff even talked loudly amongst themselves asking what we were standing around for.. while we were attempting to place an order. we attempted a second time we waited 20 minutes to try to place a lunch order we were ignored by staff( there were no other customers).
