There was no blanket or comforter for the bed. It was 26°. Used the bath towels and my coat to keep warm. I had to ask for a tv, and the mini fridge didn’t work.

It was nice, quiet, beautiful place. Convenient parking just a few feet from my room.

I stay here often, do not like the $100.00 deposit as there is nothing on the rooms that are modern and most of the vending machines do not work. The washer/dryer has been broken for months.

Basic hotel for a decent price. It is outdated but for the price it is worth it.

The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. The shower was very strong but the drain wouldn't keep up. I was standing in 7 inches of water while I sholord.

The equipment definitely could be better bathrooms lighting most important, heating was in a room and had to change rooms because the heat wasn’t working. I get in my second room and the heat wasn’t working on that room either so definitely heating and cooling system needs to be updated.

The properties turning over to the new owners, so the restaurant wasn’t open here a few things that weren’t up to par. no coffee no breakfast I have to go to a property to find the settings that was my main complaint.

The AC/Heat unit made lots of noise every five minutes at night while trying to sleep in room 209, and the filters in that unit was very dirty which made the air quality in that room bad.

Pictures on the websites are very deceptive. Made the hotel look immaculate and worthy of the $101 a night, but it was not. Looks like it was a beautiful place once, but has been neglected for a long time. They were short on staff. The front desk was not manned as it should have been. The restaurant, bar and grill are all closed since 2021. Although, it is pictured as a feature. There weren't many cars there. It felt like an abandoned building. Reminded me of the hotel in the movie, "The Shining." No activity or energy. There were only enough towels for one person, even though we made it clear there were two people in the room, and we had paid for two people. Even when we asked for replacement clean towels the following day, we were still only given enough for one person. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The bedding looked dingy and was disheveled upon arrival (exactly as pictured). The towels looked used. I cleaned dust from the heater buttons. It was like the buttons had not been pressed nor cleaned in a while. There are no "do not disturb" signs available for the doors. The carpet was dirty throughout the room. The phone in the room was not connected to anything and the cord that should have been there to plug it in was missing. Coffee maker, bath tub, toilet paper holders and carpet were filthy. After cleaning the surfaces myself, I can say with confidence that room is the cleanest it's been in a long time . When I wiped down all of the surfaces, handles and anything we would have to touch or come in contact with, the antibacterial wipes were extremely coated with dirt, grime and spills.

I liked the layout of the hotel, and that it was near a mall with food and things to do. The staff seemed friendly enough. The halls and parking lot were clean. The hotel was quiet, and the room was a nice size with a desk.

No breakfast. Wrong room, but was changed, second room had a no coffee, a broken shower and no heat, so the receptionist changed it. Third room had no sofa bed as described. Finally went to sleep.
