I didn’t like that you could here people outside being loud at night, and the next morning at the breakfast station, there were 2 employees arguing over something and one of them was using offensive words.

It was not clearly advertised that breakfast was $14. At the business center, we could not print our boarding pass although it was advertised that you could. The printer did not work at all. Someone tried to fix it but could not!

Location to RDU Airport was convenient, & the heated swimming pool.

The parking lot was a nightmare! Small compact parking at angles all through parking deck. If you drive an suv you took a chance of someone hitting your car or bumping it with doors getting into vehicles. A parking area was behind the parking deck pretty much an alley way. Didn’t feel safe or secure to leave vehicle. Homeless had tent pitched in same area they wanted you to leave your vehicle overnight.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Close proximity to dining and shopping downtown.

Having to pay for a Continental breakfast was a disappointment.

The staff, especially the lady who manages the breakfast. The bed was very comfy.

Upon check-in, after having prepaid for the stay, we were told that a daily charge of $25 would be applied to our credit card to cover "incidentals". I asked the clerk, "What are 'incidentals'?" He replied "Incidentals." "Like?" "Anything you might order." "I won't be ordering anything." "I'm sorry, it's company policy. If there are no incidentals ordered then it will be credited back to your account in 7-14 days." So, Holiday Inns decided to grant itself a two-week interest-free loan for $75 for my 3-day stay. This was not a great greeting after pulling-in from a 400 mile drive.

With the exception of the daily 5:30 a.m. CRASH of the dumpster outside being dropped, followed by the roar and whistle of the trash truck with a turbo diesel, we found the hotel to be pretty quiet unlike most we've used. There were a couple of minor maintenance items, like a loose faucet handle, but all told, the room was quite satisfactory. The room was clean, smelled fine, the towels were plentiful (though scratchy) and the bedding was very good. Since we were in-town to assist with a house move, we had no time or energy to try facilities like the pool or gym. If we have occasion to visit the area in the future, we'll likely use this hotel again.

Location was near everything! Everything needed or wanted was close by with plenty of options. Pool was good for the kids and hotel was well kept. Would recommend and stay again!

the property was great but when i got there i had to add breakfast on my room even those when i booked through booking it said breakfast was included in the price.

I loved that the pool was heated the kids really enjoyed it and the room was a great size and very clean. Staff was very nice.

The slamming of the doors from other people but other than that! Oh yea had little bugs crawl in my room but got it tooking care of! Lady bugs lol
