Great place and very friendly staff. Price and location were ideal. The in and out parking privileges was a bonus. The only reason I didn’t give 10 is because the sink was not clean - when washing my face I noticed mold/scum on the back side of the upper dean drain hole.

We really disappointed that we have paid $ 100 deposit, still haven’t received the money back after a week!

The location is super, easy to get around the city, the room has nice view, comfortable bed, there are some nice restaurant near by .

The beds were so comfy! The pool was a great bonus - even though it was cold the pool was sheltered & heated so in the sun it was amazing. The rooms were spacious & staff were lovely

I had an onnline deal with Booking.com which helped but it was still a little pricey. Would like a microwave in the room or on odd floors too. The plumbing was off a littel. I had to pull the plug on the shower because it wasn't draining and the sink drained slowly. Toilet was fine. Shower didn't send all the water to the top so it was coming out of the top and bottom.

Facilities: Laundry, gym, snacks/food/bar downstairs (but expensive), pharmacy machine was good too. Good bed and pillows. Mr. Baker at the front desk was especially helpful. Great view on 18th floor. Good location to get anywhere. Ice machines on the odd floors, Iron and a fridge in the room. Food in the bar was fairly priced and good quality. I ate the burger twice.

There was nothing sustainable about this Hotel. We didn't like the trash we automatically produced. Even for American Standards it was huge amounts. The styrofoam coated cups are non recyclable they were all in plastic, and they were replaced by housekeeping, even though we wanted to reuse them. The drinks in the hotelbar were way to expensive.

We liked the view, the location and the pool. We also liked the food, which was really good.

We showed up several hours before the 3pm check-in time. They wanted $30 to let us into our room early... definitely put off by this... not accomodating at all. anything to squeeze out an extra buck I guess...

Location is great!... easy to get anywhere in town by transit from this hotel. The room was roomy... quiet and the bed was very nice... and excellent tv. Fridge and coffee maker really added to the experience. Many good restaurants nearby...

We didn't like how the power went out. And that you charged us for early check-in. That was unexpected and should not be a charge, but a courtesy.

We like how the room key only allows you to access the floor you're staying on, which is a good safety measure. The garage feels fairly safe and secure. The neighborhood feels safe as well. Not a lot of riff-raff hanging around. The location is convenient and we value the fact that you don't charge resort fees.

I ordered 1 king bed when booked online on booking.com but when I got to the room they gave me 2 queen beds. I went down and told them that that wasn’t what I ordered but they said they were all booked for king beds and that booking.com didn’t update on their end of what was available.

On the night we arrived at check in they required $200 deposit. I used all my credit cards (taping them) and the girl at the desk kept saying declined, declined, that's declined too... super frustrated I thought being from Canada I should inform the banks, so I had to make a roaming long distance call just to find out that for $200 I need to insert my card, so I did and it worked. I told the girl "next time if this happens to someone tell them they need to insert" so f... rudely she replied: it's your credit card SIR - not my responsibility! I mean who the f... would say something like that to someone who just flew for 6 hrs & is frustrated as hell and panicking about his credit card not working!

Laundry is coin operated - would be much easier with an app! Public transport to airport requires either a walk (25 mins) or a connection.

Stayed here multiple nights when in San Francisco for the great location. Rooms are clean and modern. Location is great as a base for exploring. Pool nice for mornings.
