This is an older Holiday Inn undergoing a face-lift. So there were parts that were disappointing & things (beds & bedding) that were very good.

Construction workers trudged a lot of dirt in. It still had not been cleaned up the next day. Check in and check out took 20 min-computer problem, voucher for breakfast was for one choice only.

They were unable to provide us with our continental breakfast that was to be included in our booking. They also said they had a pool, but we could not use it. The website said the renovations to the pool were to be completed May 2022. There was no soap and no shampoo in our bathroom. We had to go to the front desk for these items. When traveling with kids breakfast and a pool are extremely important. I was very disappointed.

This hotel is under construction, and I wasn't made aware of this. My room was dirty, the bedding was not clean, there was no bed skirt on the bed. The carpet was not clean as well as the bathroom and mirrors in the room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

their website makes it look like there is no charge for pets, when actually they charge $50 at check-in. the materials used in this building are stark and not cozy. I didn’t love this experience.

we selected this property because they allow pets. it was a fine place to stay, but I wouldn’t choose it among the other options at this exit if I hadn’t had a pet.

-breakfast was not great -the bathroom was in bad shape -room was warm the whole time but I was personally freezing because the ac unit was super close to bed but air didn’t really go outward. so family was hot -tv sucks. couldn’t even see screen -stain on my sheets…look like blood -took almost 45 min to get our breakfast -

The bathrooms need updating and weren’t as clean as they should be. I needed the cleaning service to come and wipe around the toilet. Lamp fixtures were old and rusted.

Could not get the wi-fi to work on either stays. The continental breakfast we received on our return stay was unappetizing. They had a ton of large families staying that night so it made sense they would only have a small meal to offer but it would have been nice to have some cereal and toast, granola, more fruit than bananas and apples.

The location is ideal with restaurants and gas stations. The hotel is friendly and has a nice area to meet with family and relax. Full hot cooked to order breakfast was delicious and an incredible value. The staff on both our stays were friendly and professional, hard working.

Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7 am… and was included with our room. When we went downstairs at 7 am, they hadn’t even starting preparing… we were offered an orange juice and an apology. We went to breakfast elsewhere. The air conditioner in the room never really got cold. It seemed programmed to never get below 75 degrees.

Breakfast was additional charge. No soap, no safe. AC/heat didn't work properly (and/or lack of instructions???) Additional $30 refundable charge/deposit for using a 3rd party to book. Probably wont do that again.... at least not at Holiday Inn. No local area info. No scratch paper. I guess you're supposed to do that on your phone (but I'm not leaving my phone to give the housekeeper a note). I haven't stayed in a hotel in a few years. Apparently, we don't need/want/do any of that anymore.
