Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI walked. Duluth is a maze of walkways. Outside those walkways, is a sketchy downtown (You can see that from inside the walkways). Most shops were closed. Doors to had schedules. I needed a map, schedule (exceptions to closings). Going to hotel room was a maze from elevator to room. Needed a map or instructions.
The hotel staff did very well. The room was nice. I couldn't use the pool.

United StatesIt was really loud. Noise from slamming doors and from the pool were a little annoying. But overall was good, it was worth the money.
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location was great, waking distance from restaurants, bars and attractions.

United StatesTwo things that threw my anxiety for a loop was parking... Had a hard time locating parking ramp but that was solved with a phone call that resulted me being on hold for 5 min and i think they forgot about me cause my boyfriend called off his phone and he was helped right away. Lol And the awesome shuttle service gentleman named Don,whom showed us the way. Second, they couldn't find my reservation so it took awhile to find it. (Known to happen with third party booking so no big deal) The receptionist/lobby clerk was super kind and fun, I believe her name was Brooklyn........ i think........Made sure we got to our Comedy show on time by setting up a shuttle. Than I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have ran into Don at the parking ramp, what a kind man. He drove us to our show and picked us up. My boyfriend and him got along great and for some weird reason I felt super safe with this guy, like he looks out for his people and is genuine. Huge kudos to him. He made our stay. I still think hotels should at least let you stay for 24 hrs for the price you pay. Check in at 4, check out at 4 kinda deal. Maybe you guys could be the first! Hoping to come back for another stay soon!

United StatesThe pool on the 8th floor was very cold, but a hot tub was available for adults. Parking lot was packed - many people were not actually staying at the hotel. If you stayed at the hotel, parking was free though. Directions to the Skywalk was a bit confusing.
Great location. Connected to the Skywalk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

United StatesIn the suite it was right in front of the hotel pool and hot tub. This made it where once the pool opened up you where able to hear all the kids and adults screaming and etc.
The hot tub in the room was very nice, and relaxing. The room was everything me and my partner could have asked for. The hotel staff was amazing with the holiday season and constant people coming in.

United StatesWell, we are a bit older. There was a hockey tournament going on and we were the first room off of the elevator, so it became loud with the young kids. We wish we would’ve asked for a room at the end of the hall.
The location is great.

United StatesI was there on jury duty & didn't know if I would be staying just the one night, two nights or all week. The morning staff person said I had to pack up everything and I could put it in the office. This was a big inconvenience and I moved to the Radisson. Also, the area around the pool & spa seemed very desolate and I didn't feel comfortable going in alone.
The room was comfortable enough. The pool area looked nice. The afternoon staff was very helpful and pleasant.
