Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

booking with this location was a problem... they had my name reversed on reservation gave me a little concern. I am no sure who caused this but bookking needs to be more prepared.

They need to put the family away from couples.
Room was great. Just the hot water in the shower took a little bit longer to heat up but all worked out in the end.

If I have too say it was nothing too do about the property but when we got here there was boys slapping one another with towels after getting out of the pool other then that everything was great
I liked everything about it the breakfast was damn good

When we checked in and went to our room it was not cleaned like the maid didn’t do anything. We went to show a picture of the room to the staff member he gave us a new clean room and 2 free drink tickets.

There was confusion over the breakfast being included. My confirmation showed that it was included and there's did not. We ended up paying $26 for breakfast for two.

Front desk was friendly and helpful! We were there during a fully booked weekend for them. Dance competition, bowling tournament, and basketball tournament so Lots of families with younger children which can be so stressful for everyone but everything went smoothly and staff was thorough and patient with everyone.

We didn't stay long enough to check out any of the amenities that the hotel had to offer. We were just passing through over night, so it was fine for that purpose.
The room/bathroom was clean. I especially liked the dove pump soap/lotion by the sink and the dove pump body wash and shampoo & conditioner in the shower. Also, I didn't have any pets with me, but saw multiple people with their dogs, so I can safely assume they are pet friendly.

It was under major repair and the staff member that checked us in didn’t let us know we need breakfast vouchers so the first morning we had no breakfast. However the staff member that was on made sure we were taken care of for the next morning.

when I arrived after 6 hours of driving, I left my dog in a hot car and went to check into the hotel. There was someone else waiting to be checked in and no one was there! She'd been waiting quite a while, so not wanting my dog to suffer in the car I started knocking on doors to get someone to help us! Lot's of people and just one person to handle everyone! She needed more help so she could step away for a minute without causing such turmoil.
I loved the grassy area for walking my dog outside in a secluded area. The room was comfortable but the AC leaked and the carpet was wet all around that area.

We requested lowest possible floor, stayed on the 7th. When asking for a receipt from them when checking out, they were very condescending.
Location was good, we could walk to several restaurants. The grounds were good for having dogs, but we had a problem with others not picking up after their pets. We watched one woman do it, and she made eye contact like "what are you going to do about it". Very ridiculous for such a nice place to stay.

Parking was a minor problem but cant really complain about it.
Very clean, staff was very nice- Believe the restaurant was in transition from the sign on the outside, but food was good and main waitress was very nice. Didnt see all the “dogs” I read about in reviews, they had a convention going on but didnt intefere with us at all! The pillow “problem” you see in reviews- you just call and get the type of pillow you need - and bed was fine to us- I think some people like to complain!!! Nothing is like your bed, though!! And didnt have any major noise complaints- we were at the end of the hall. And on the 8th floor.
