To close to the busy strip with lots of loud cars and bikes all day and night. Every morning around 6 am the restaurant next store has their trash picked up and it's loud and wakes you up.

There is no phone number that rings and is answered. There aren’t even phones in the rooms. Thus ruined our stay because we weren’t able to call on loud guests who were still up drinking at 3:30 AM.

no dishes , pots , cutlery, etc, in kitchenette, everything had to be requested. however, once requested we were able to get most everything we needed.

The air conditioner had one speed: high and loud. There were no hangers in the closet, or hooks for towels. The pool was nice, but was not in working order due to some problem with the filter. There was a last minute payment problem with my credit card due to some computer issue on their part.

The location was good, close to the beach and restaurants. The parking.was ample and very convenient. It is surprisingly quiet. The check in staff (Anthony) was very efficient and friendly.

needed more counter space , and mirror in bathroom was placed way to high. tv connection was difficult . needed a few hooks in bathroom to hang items. and place mirror where you can put on makeup, do hair.

It had a strange smell and the bed made a loud banging noise anytime anyone got off the bed or got back on.

The front desk guy was very rude and when we arrived. We did realize that we had to wait outside for him to finish with the previous costumer before go in. He got very annoyed that we ring the bell twice. My husband exhanged words about his rudeness The bath sink is ridiculos of small. No place to apply makeup. The bedroom mirror one can not even reach because the bed is attached.

The cleaner they use is really strong and doesn't smell the greatest. We checked in Friday, and the smell of the cleaner was still strong when we checked out on Sunday. The beds were ok, but the fitted sheet kept coming off, leaving you on a plastic mattress. No water pressure in shower and water temp constantly fluctuated.

The location was great, and the room was really clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was pretty big. Being off season it was quiet and definitely worth the price.

Location was ideal for the event I was attending. Anthony was helpful in his role as office staff. While booking it was never stated whether I would be on the 1 or 2nd floor. I would like to have had a choice. Booking process is easy, but in my opinion the emails regarding the rules are extremely excessive. The office/ check-in area could use revamping. Not sure if the ceiling to countertop plexiglass is still necessary, but it gives a very shady feel. Additionally, not being able to walk into the office area without being buzzed in is off setting as well. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will add it is clean and kept up. The pool area is definitely it's strong suit, lots of chairs and well maintained pool water.

We had to wait for the hot water in the shower that wasnt terribly hot. The entrance to the property is difficult but then the parking was fine.

We loved the location and price. The bed was so comfortable. Their front desk attendant, Anthony was great, a rule follower and very kind.
