Murphy bed uncomfortable ! Towels are used to reserve chairs at pool by 8am even though people leave, so their spot saved leaving no extra chairs for others even though rules are posted not to do this. Facility does not enforce its own rules! Doors start slamming on our floor by 8am by staff members/house keeping etc.

Weird beeping noises from the next room over. It always rang at around 2:30. People came to fix it but it rang again the next day. Bathroom sink didn’t drain too fast. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body soap. No robes. Walls were a little thin, but no too bad. Heard doors slamming often.

The room was nice. Very simple. Lovely view. Facilities felt old but beds felt fresh and new! I liked the fridge and microwave!

I didn't like that. we were there for 10 days and was only given two rolls of toilet paper. Went to the front desk to ask for more and we had to pay for it. Really two rolls of toilet paper for 10 days

Not much to do. Pool has been dirty and not well kept for the past 2 yr visits. Jacuzzi was closed. Having to buy my own toilet paper was ridiculous. No clean towels given only twice a week and if we put them out within a certain time. Will not be staying there again. We paid for a week which was over $1200 and I don’t think we got our money’s worth.

We weren't told about the things going on the property, like nothing about breakfast didn't even know where it was, so we never went. They do ask you to sit through a 90-minute talk to try to get you to get a time share, so be prepared for that, we didn't know this until after checking in. We had a Murphy bed in our room, and it was not comfy.

The beach is right behind the building, u needed a key pass for all doors (safety). Kitchenette in room, supplied with pretty much what u wld need, size of room was good. They will hold ur luggage if u r early checking in and a key pass so u can use the pool & parking pass if u have a car. (But they charge u per/ day for parking)

The Murphy bed in our room was not the best, but we expected based on prior reviews . The pool area had the hot tub area taped off and was not accessible

capital people hounding you All the time, and that’s where you had to get pool towels, see you had a run in and out of the elevator a lot so they can see ya. Regarding pool towels, the pool was filthy was closed down for two days Friday when we got there and Saturday. was upset we weren’t told the pool was not in swimmable conditions. Very disappointed the pool was dirty the whole time we were there from the fifth to the 13th of May. We use the outdoor shower by the pool to cool off, oh and the hot tub was not working either. One elevator was working when it wanted to.You had one Roll (half used) when you got there if you needed more you had to pay for it or go buy another store. Clean towels for the shower we’re all available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Been there before was nice but I don’t think I’m gonna go back.

The cleanliness could have been better. I took a bath because the jacuzzi closes fairly early. There were a lot of leftover hairs from the last guests.

It was really close to the beach, even the nonbeach view had a nice view of the lagoon behind the hotel. The staff were relatively polite and helpful as well.

We go at an expensive time of year so the value for money is not great but that is just the time of year. Our door keys did not work and it was an issue with the lock which required a maintenance man. Usually not an issue but we arrive late from Miami Open and have a dinner reservation so time was very tight!

The location is good - right by the broadwalk and there are bars/restaurants within walking distance. The room was good - clean to a certain level but deeper cleaning would be good. The bed was comfortable with clean bedding. Our view was of the intracoastal waterway and was still good even if not on the ocean side. The staff were very helpful.

the street entrance to the hotel gets flooded bad so if you have a small or low vehicle be careful also the front desk staff not the greatest we seen we tried to get coffee for the room and ended up having to pay for a cup of coffee because according to the staff they didn’t have access to the coffee area or they just didn’t feel like helping there is no breakfast as advertised on the hotel website ?

security is very good and location is great the beach area was very good but seats and umbrellas were not available but according to the hotel they are ran by an independent company (which never showed up)

This town is like the seaside heights nj. of Florida. The real action was away from the water in the middle of town.

I call false advertisement on Hollywood Beach Tower, what it’s sold as Queen Bedroom is only a “MURPHYBED” when complained I was told that’s what they considered a Queen bed, please don’t insult your customer’s intelligence, we all know a full size foldout bed when we see one, thanks to concierge Chris we got a decent bed. Also, very disappointed and disgusted to learn the pool towels are not change AT ALL, so take care of your towels becase you won’t get fresh ones. Loud music and obnoxious people by the pool. Additional fee if you want your room towels changed.

The property location is great and the staff is friendly, specially concierge Chris.

A few little hiccups, also didn’t like capital sitting downstairs and upstairs. we didn’t want to b bother on vacation, we knew what it was so we would have asked ourselves,felt like prey.

everything pool area great music good food and drinks , games fun ,(John) is super nice,clean all around someone always cleaning!
