You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThings in our room were broken. The kitchen sink was clogged before we used it. Mold in the bathroom and wall moldings were missing in some areas. Had to call a lot for bathroom accessories because there were not enough furnished in our room. Windows had no screens so we could not open the windows. Carpet was really ran down and dirty.
Staff was nice. It was close to amenities.

The room was large enough and reasonably comfortable, although it look tired, needs some maintenance. This didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was good, although limited in choice. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaWe have stayed at this hotel many times, but were very disappointed this time. I also had a friend come with us and recommended she stay at the same hotel, but was embarrassed when we arrived. Most of the laundry units are not working, and I believe they are the same ones that were broken on our last visit, so maybe they are just choosing not to fix them. I had to clean our room when we arrived, because it was visibly dirty, floors cabinets, dishes,etc. Our dishwasher was broken, so I had to go through and rewash all the dishes when we arrived. When we asked for towels etc that they forgot to replace after cleaning, we had to keep calling and eventually had to go to the desk because nobody ever came.

The room had an old smell when we arrived, and I had to rinse the bathtub out so I didn’t feel comfortable having the babies take baths. We instead held them in the shower. Overall some cosmetic updates would make a world of difference.
I liked that we were able to ride the shuttle bus straight to Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast was a good bonus too.

United States of AmericaBreakfast monday lacked options, my children were very disappointed there were no waffles on Monday. I booked back in November and the price I was quoted on Bookings.com and the rate I was charged was drastically different.
Breakfast on Sunday was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big snd had lots of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the extra pillows were fluffy. Having soap and coffee int he kitchenette was a plus also.

AustraliaHardly any cooking equipment in the kitchen meant having the kitchenette was pretty much useless. Plenty of glasses, plates and bowls though. There was also no hair dryer and no ironing board in the room, but they do have an iron in the rooms. We did request a hair dryer from reception. Property is showing its age with peeling wallpaper and some power points and light switches not working. Poor maintenance in the Lifts with floor level display held together with duct tape and half the overhead lights blown. Cleaning was poor. Visible dust bunnies in multiple places in the room. One issue to watch for as it’s not made easily clear in the Bookings.com listing, but Housekeeping is not done daily. They only do a light house keep every second day and a deeper clean if staying a 5th night.
Room was large with a big sofa to relax. Large kitchenette. Heated swimming pool was great after a long day at Disney. Close to several restaurants. Breakfast was good, with changing daily options. Short distance by car to DIsneyland.
