The hot tub was too hot to enjoy. The pool was a little bit too cold. There were not enough towels in the pool area. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, and pillows were flat. I booked a king room and ended up with two doubles. It worked for my family but would have preferred the room that I actually booked.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and a good size for my family of four. Nice and friendly staff and an easy drive to the Buffalo Convention Center. Good variety of breakfast choices.

The ac in our room was loud when first turned on, to point rattled the room/bed. Hot tub water was to hot and pool cold, but they had just reopened both night before our stay.

Stopping in during a renovation was not the most pleasant experience. Developed a cough and runny nose because of the dust even though measures were taken to try to keep it contained.Breakfast wasn’t its usual top notch.

Love this property for its location. Convenient to where our friends live. Perfect for shopping also.

I didn't like the giant pee stain on the carpet in my room that was covered up by the sitting chair and ottoman. Once I moved the ottoman we saw the stain and then my dog went nuts rolling on the stain and he wouldn't leave it alone I had to cover it back up to be able to continue our stay without the dog going crazy over the smell of another dog.

I loved the facility it was beautiful and very inviting. I also loved the huge selection they had for breakfast. Everyone was so nice.

My only small complaint would be some of the furniture was tired/well worn. The couch was comfortable & firm for sitting & bed was comfortable, no dips.

Wish there was an adults only time frame for the pool. We went down to the pool to use the hot tub at 9:00pm but there were a bunch of kids still in it swimming around and splashing between the pool/hot tub & being loud so we didn’t stay long at all. I am glad they were having fun, but just wish there was a more relaxing time frame for adults to enjoy and relax in the facility as well. Also, the pool water was very dirty, hair, spit & oils were floating all over and could be seen in the pool light. I’m sure it gets used frequently, but I was wondering if it gets cleaned at some point during the day or if it’s just once before it opens back up in the morning. We did enjoy our double room suite and the space we had. The only thing was when I booked the suite based on the pictures it showed for the suite, it had a fireplace and a larger looking kitchen. I clicked on that room to book it, but when we checked into our suite it was different than the pictures and didn’t have a fireplace and the kitchen was very small. The room was still nice but just not what I was expecting when we walked in based on the pictures of what I booked. Overall though, it was a nice hotel and we will look for more Homewood Suites when traveling! The staff was very courteous and it really does offer all the comforts of home. I like that pets are welcome too.

The front desk was training (I understand), but check in took a long time. Workers did not have enough keys. There was a mess of confetti under a piece of furniture, and the pull out mattress was a little warn.

It was nice having the hot breakfast. Our room layout was nice with a sink outside of the shower/toilet. Staff was nice.
