We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The orange & apple was served Hottttt because this Hotel didn't have a Ice machine available n there was No ice brought out at breakfast like a bag of ice bought from a near by store or something.

United StatesFree Wi-Fi was on the slow side. The furniture and kitchen appliances are showing their age too (stylistically speaking), but functionally they got the job done.
Front desk staff were great and I had an easy check in. The room is huge, great for an extended stay and never felt like the walls were closing in. Breakfast spread was solid. Location provides easy access to I-64 and greater Chesapeake area.

United StatesI didn't like the fact that reporting a kitchen sink leak three times didn't get resolved while there; waiting for our scheduled room cleaning; only one washer available to use since the second one was out of order. For this size of a hotel, there should be more washer/dryers for customer use. We enjoy coffee a lot! The room has a coffee maker using pods that I had to double up on to make one cup. Not very flavorful but it worked ok. We usually bring our own coffee grounds so we prefer a regular hotel sized coffee pot which are the small ones. The staff were so understanding about this and freely gave us more coffee pods to use.
The staff were excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Saying good morning and greeting us or asking how we were every time they saw us was so nice and caring. They are short staffed so waiting for a scheduled room cleaning kept us out of our room for most of the day looking for things to do. Bed was comfortable and this is very important as a traveler with chronic lower back issues. It was also quiet. We were never disturbed with neighbor noises. The refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer were very clean and in good working order; Never had a problem with them. The a/c and fan worked well also. It kept our room environment pleasant for the changing weather. The breakfast was ok. It came in handy when we ran low on our purchased breakfast products. The gym was clean and the equipment was in good working order which I used almost daily. A good supply of clean weights, floor mat, and ample floor space for stretching and yoga. Each treadmill and elliptical machine has it's own screen for streaming news or shows which was fun.

United StatesShould have known it wasn’t going to be a good experience when we pulled up and two people were getting arrested in the parking lot. Room was musty, wet spots on the floor (dog friendly hotel), dirty socks in the pullout sofa, 2 towels for 4 people, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no shower liner so the floor got soaked, ceiling fan with a 100 watt bulb in the bedroom, not a single ice maker worked on the whole property including the breakfast area.
